Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, all well-maintained in the estate. People are very friendly and respectful. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to the book plaza and other facilities within the estate. Water supply is very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; they come for wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable and the service is excellent. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance, making it very convenient. A hospital is available within a 100-meter radius, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
There is no metro service available, which is inconvenient. There is also pollution and traffic outside the estate because it is near the main road and city center.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available if we book Ola or Uber in the society. Water facilities are very good, with power backup available. The area is very safe and green. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with the building's structure. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Maintenance is good. Public transportation is available within walking distance from the society. Hospitals are available within a nearby vicinity, which is very convenient. Facilities such as markets and vegetable stalls are available daily. Grocery shops are also available within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor. There are some issues in the society, like plumbing and seepage in some flats. The metro is under construction, so connectivity is very limited.

The connectivity is great as public transport is nearby the society. Neighbors are friendly and decent, they celebrate festivals together . Society is well cleaned and maintained in the society. There is no leakage and seepage issues in the society.
Things need improvement
The society does not have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden. This limits the recreational options for residents. Improving these facilities would make the community more enjoyable.

The society's drainage system is inadequate, leading to frequent water logging issues. This problem causes significant inconvenience and can affect the overall living conditions. Proper drainage maintenance is needed to prevent such issues and improve the quality of life.

I lived there two years ago. The construction quality was outstanding, and the building structure was excellent. They also provided a good lock system. I regularly used the swimming pool, which was well-maintained with the water changed every week. Maintenance was good overall; they kept the floors and balconies very clean, and regular garbage collection was done. There was 24/7 water and power supply, and the lift maintenance was excellent. In terms of connectivity, there is a bank, bus stop, supermarkets, grocery stores, and a school within 1 km. The road quality is good, and there are functional street lights. There is ample parking space, and amenities include a swimming pool, table tennis, gym, clubhouse, walking track, community hall, and children�s play area.
Things need improvement
There is a significant issue with a strong drainage smell in the society, which negatively impacts the overall living experience.

There is never a shortage of water in the society. It has all modern amenities. The residents are cooperative. Cleanliness is maintained. Festivals are celebrated together. The society is located in the center of the city, so autos and buses are easily available.
Things need improvement
There is leakage in the swimming pool area of the society. In my flat, there is leakage in the washroom. We have done waterproofing, but there is still leakage and seepage. In the society, we need to change the lifts because they have become old.
