Things need improvement

Society highway connected hai. malls, restaurants, auto and local transportation buses sab pass me mil jati hai. security bohot acchi hai. log bohot acche hai, society me holi and diwali bohot acche se celebrated hoti hai. pani 24*7 mita hai. roads aches hai. sari moden amenities hai and well maintained hai. security acchi hai. metro pass me hi hai ka kam chalu hai.
Things need improvement
Main road pr thoda traffic raheta hai. sare flats me leakage ka issue hai. maintenance charges thode jada hai.

Women safety has been priorities,each and every person is being verified on the entrance.connectivity is top notch,local railway station is at walkable distance.
Things need improvement
Society should improve issues resolution process and Maintenance should also be enhanced.

Located in one of the best areas. It is near to Hospitals, Malls, Schools, and station is just a few minutes away from here. It is centrally located and roads are wide. Lodha group is providing the best residential apartment.

I got an apartment and I am highly satisfied with the project. The residential project is well connected and the railway stations, metro are in close proximity. Surrounded by IT hubs and educational institutions, the locality is a hotspot area.

This area is good and safe. Nearby schools and Offices are there. Easily get public Transport and cab facilities. Markets are nearby. My apartment is well designed.

This locality is crowded and has congested walking area. No proper parking facility is there in the complex. The roads are safe at night and less crime occurs. Well maintained apartments and society.

Sainath nagar is a nice place to stay. Two nearby railway stations Ghatkoper West and Vidyavihar are nearby. Communication is very good. Few small supermarkets are there for grocery needs.
