Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. Water facility operates smoothly 24/7, and there is reliable power backup in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also a designated visitors parking area in the society. People in the society are very friendly and respectable. Security of the society is excellent, with vigilant security personnel and many CCTV cameras ensuring safety. Festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and community gatherings in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with issues such as seepage and leakage in pipes within the society. Amenities like the gym are very small, and the swimming pool is not available and not well-maintained. Public transportation like buses is available but quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Cleaning has not been up to par in recent months, and garbage collection inside the society and on the roads is also inadequate. These issues need urgent attention to improve the living conditions and facilities within the society.

The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and we often come together to celebrate various festivals and events. Conveniently, within a 500-meter radius, we have access to essential amenities such as a bus stop, school, petrol bunk, supermarket, and hospitals. The roads are well-maintained, illuminated by functioning streetlights, and offer ample parking spaces. Our community is enriched with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, yoga room, children's play area, walking track, community hall, and garden. Construction-wise, we're pleased to report no issues with leakage, and the balconies provide excellent ventilation. Maintenance-wise, we enjoy 24/7 water and power supply, regular cleaning services, daily garbage collection, and well-functioning lifts.
Things need improvement
The society grapples with significant pollution problems, which adversely affect both air quality and residents' health.

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available within walking distance. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. It is a premium apartment. There is a bus station near the city within walking distance. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and badminton court are available and well-maintained in the society. Facilities like grocery supermarkets are also available within walking distance.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are some leakages on walls and seepages issues in some bathrooms in the society. Cleaning should be improved outside of the society. There is a pollution issue because of the main roads and sometimes school buses come into the society.

The connectivity is great here public transport is easily available from here, just few metres away from here you can get bus/auto. Basic amenities are here like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse. For kids also it is a good place children park is here. Cleanliness is properly maintained and I have never faced any issue with seepage, leakage or lifts, Everything is well-functioning and maintained. There is a one stop for all the household needs, market area, shopping complex, schools and hospitals are nearby as well.

Amenities here are wonderful with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning and garbage collection. Connectivity is great with autos, cabs and public transport nearby. The roads are good. The construction is very good with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. The neighbours are friendly and celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
As of now there are no issues at all in the society , completely satisfied with all the facilities provided here . Its a great society have been very comfortable till now without any issues.

This society's amenities are the main feature of the community, including a clubhouse, a gym, a community hall, a small temple, badminton courts, and play areas. All of these amenities are well-maintained with good equipment. The construction was completed around 8 years ago, so all the buildings are relatively new, and there are no leakage problems. The connectivity of this community is also excellent, as it is situated just 200 yards from the main road, and several international schools, clinics, D-mart, and petrol bunks are located within a 3km distance from the community. Maintenance facilities are also excellent, with a regular water supply, and security is good along with CCTV camera systems.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that the society is situated just near the main road, so there is a small disturbance from traffic, and there is also no metro station nearby.

Maintenance is of premium quality, with no issues regarding water supply or electricity. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play area, badminton court, and library are meticulously maintained. The construction quality of buildings and infrastructure is top-notch, owing to regular check-ups and maintenance.

There is no notable dislike about society because everything is good in this society.

The garden area feels very open and spacious. There is a good connectivity in the vicinity. Apollo Hospital is located near the society.

The roads inront of the society are not in good condition. The water issue is persisant and frequent.
