Maintenance standards are also commendable, with the society consistently maintaining a clean and well-kept environment, contributing to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Moreover, the society offers an impressive array of amenities that cater to diverse needs, including recreational facilities, fitness centers, and communal spaces, which significantly enrich the quality of life for residents. The active social life within the community fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging, with regular social activities and events that encourage interaction and community engagement.
Things need improvement

Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, the society provides a decent living environment with essential amenities and moderate connectivity.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the buildings is subpar, with some structures not renovated and showing signs of wear and tear. This affects the aesthetic appeal and could potentially impact the longevity of the buildings. Moreover, the lack of amenities beyond basic parking and a garden is disappointing. Residents miss out on additional facilities that could enhance their quality of life, such as recreational areas or essential services within close proximity. Additionally, the social life within the community is average at best, lacking the vibrant atmosphere that promotes strong community bonds and frequent social activities. Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch, with garbage collection on time. Security guards did their job well. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly by the maintenance team. All modern amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gardens were available and well-maintained. Residents celebrated all festivals together. There were no problems with stray or pet dogs. The locality was very good. Everything was easily accessible. Transportation options like autos, rickshaws, and buses were readily available. There was allotted parking for everyone. The roads were of high quality, like a highway. There was a metro station within 500 meters, with two stations nearby. The airport was also within 10 to 15 minutes.
Things need improvement
When I lived there, the street lights were not working well, but I can't say the current situation. The construction quality was somewhat poor as there were issues with seepage . windows falling during storms , the fittings were not good, as I saw online.

Things need improvement
However, the lack of swimming pools, gym facilities, and a clubhouse represents a drawback, limiting recreational and community amenities available within the area.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like swimmingpool,club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Well maintained society. It is well connected with city via personal as well as cabs and taxis. There are parks and green areas in the society. Beautifully maintained parks and common areas. The amenities are good. There is enough space for jogging and evening/morning walks. There is resposive maintenance staff and RWA is well organized.
Things need improvement
The parking space is a challenge especially when there is only 1 dedicated parking. The visitor parking are also limited. The maintenance charges are quite high. There is also water loggin problem even after quich showers. The entire gurgaon city is plagued poor water management.

The maintainanc of the lift is well maintanied. taken care of. Cleaning of the garden . Connectivity is als near to the society

The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Parking issues are faced sometimes. CCTV is not available much in the society.

Transportation connectivity is good with metro cabs and buses available nearby. Schools and hospitals are also present nearby. Maintenance is fine with timely disposal of garbage and hygiene is maintained. Construction quality is good with no seepage issues. Residents are quite friendly and cooperative. They all celebrate festivals together. All issues are resolved by the maintenance department. Would like to rate the overall atmosphere as 5.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood is small and doesn't have things like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Because of this, people might not have many options for fun activities and staying fit. If they add a gym, it would be a good place to exercise.

The society is at the prime location, and now there is even a rapid metro near the society which makes the connectivity super. There is no flooding in the society or near society even in the raining season, The n eighbors are very co-ordial
Things need improvement
Little issue with seepagae and leakage but thats been v propmptely handled by the maintenance office. The soicety has every absic emeinities thata is needed to live a decent life
