Good things here

Connectivity is excellent with Ola and Uber readily available within the society, ensuring convenient transportation. The nearby amenities within walking distance add to the convenience. Reliable water facilities and 24/7 availability, along with power backups, offer peace of mind. The commendable garbage collection system separates wet and dry waste effectively. Reasonable maintenance charges, around 3 rupees per square foot, add value to the community. Public transportation options like buses within 1 kilometer further enhance convenience. The spacious and inviting atmosphere, coupled with sociable and friendly residents, creates a welcoming environment within the society.

Things need improvement

The construction quality leaves much to be desired, evident from leaks and seepages in the building sidings and worn-out pipes, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the distance to metro stations, approximately 10 kilometers away, poses an inconvenience for residents. While hospitals are accessible, their location around 6-7 kilometers away may not be as convenient in emergencies.

Good things here

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, and power backup is also available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Hospitals are nearby, within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Security is also very good in the society.

Things need improvement

Autos are not available nearby the society. Cleaning of the society is very poor; the cleaning staff is not performing well. Maintenance of the lifts is also inadequate in the society. Construction quality is not good; there are issues with the pipes in the building. The builder used soundproof material that is very poor in quality. The builder's workmanship is very bad, which is a major issue in the society. Additionally, the AC drain pipes are broken, and residents have to drill into bathrooms themselves, which reflects poorly on the builder's workmanship.

Good things here

The surrounding people are friendly and have good interactions. We celebrate many festivals together. Location-wise, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, hospitals within 2 km. The road conditions are excellent, with working street lights and ample parking space for every resident. Maintenance-wise, they clean regularly and collect garbage on time. There is 24/7 water and power supply, functional lifts, and no construction issues affecting sunlight and ventilation in our rooms. Amenities like swimming pool, pool table, gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, walking track, and community hall are available.

Good things here

The neighbors are really friendly and helpful. Each resident gets their own designated parking spot, which is great. There are several schools nearby, making it convenient for families. Garbage collection is regular and they segregate wet and dry waste. Elevators are well-maintained. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The interiors are impressive, and there's good ventilation throughout the apartments. We have a well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and regular cleaning keeps everything tidy. Security is tight with CCTV cameras and guards around.

Things need improvement

I�m not sure about public transport options here. The nearest market is about 1 km away, and the metro and railway stations are quite far. There�s some seepage in the washroom, but otherwise, everything else is pretty good.

Apartment upkeep, from cleanliness to occasional plumbing, proves to be a constant hassle. The construction quality in the society is very poor, resulting in frequent issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems.

Good things here

Well maintained society with lot of green space. The amenities are modern - Swimming pool, gym, bandminton courts, squash court, kids play area, sitting areas and a good clubhouse. It also has theatre inside the society. There is sufficient parking space for residents and visitors. The security system is modern with identification based entry only. Some of the famous schools are located nearby. The society is well connected with Outer ring road. Cabs are easily abailable. The apartment are spacious and well ventilated. Pollution level is also lower than the rest of the city

Things need improvement

The rent is high and so are the maintenance charges. No doubt the society is well constructed but the maintenance staff takes lot of time in getting things done. There are better properties available within same budget. The only thing keeps me from shifting is the connectivity with ORR

In this society, there is no metro available in Kokapet as it has been canceled.
