Good things here
Living here is incredibly comfortable and convenient, with all the essential amenities available. We have a well-equipped gym, cafeteria, spacious park, swimming pool, and indoor game hall for various activities. Maintenance is top-notch, and the staff is polite and courteous. Water supply is reliable, and security is excellent with CCTV cameras and security guards. Nearby grocery shops, pharmacies, hospitals, and schools offer added convenience, with home delivery services available. Flats are well-lit and ventilated, ensuring a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
Navigating heavy traffic, especially during peak hours while traveling to the western suburbs, can be quite frustrating. The condition of roads near the society is concerning, particularly worsening during the rainy season, posing challenges for commuters. Additionally, the maintenance charges in the society are slightly higher, which may be a concern for some residents. Unfortunately, metro connectivity is not available in the area, which limits transportation options. Potholes in the roads further exacerbate the commuting experience

The connectivity here is exceptional with easy accessibility to all necessary amenities and ample parking facilities, making daily routines seamless and convenient. Maintenance is consistently top-notch ensuring that the property remains well-kept and in excellent condition at all times. The amenities provided are extensive and luxurious enhancing the overall quality of life with facilities that cater to various needs and preferences. The social life within the community is lively although there could be more events to further enrich the community spirit.
Things need improvement
The balconies are smaller than desired, limiting outdoor living space and personalization options for residents. Additionally, while the social life is generally active there are fewer organized events compared to some other societies, which may leave residents seeking more frequent community engagements. Addressing these minor concerns would further elevate the appeal of living in this otherwise excellent housing society.

i want to live in lodha. lotha is very beutiful building. in lodha beutiful garden and play area and more space for parking. in lodha's building demand is more and in future lodhas demand is more. lodhas society is very beutiful

There is plenty of covered parking for residents and visitors. The flats' construction quality is impeccable, which is the best part. Another benefit that makes you feel safer here is security, which is especially important for children and girls. In the immediate vicinity, there are several shops and stores.
