Good things here
Excellent place to live with your family. This is one of the few townships in Bangalore where you will find so much greenery. It has been certified by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board. All amenities are present here. You just name it. It even has a dedicated BMTC bus stop. Movie shooting has taken place here. So, it is popular among the celebrities. The search for your dream home should end here.
Things need improvement
Well there aren't any but if I have to specify one I would like to mention that this township being situated right on the state highway, has a lot of din and bust throughout the day.

Good things here
The society's location near several schools, colleges, hospitals, grocery stores, and salons is very convenient. Residents enjoy excellent water supply, and the surroundings are always clean, with no leakage problems in the newly constructed buildings. Additionally, there's a temple within the community that frequently hosts events and cultural programs, adding to the community's vibrancy.
Things need improvement
During my time there, around 5 years ago, one major drawback was the absence of transportation facilities after 9 pm. I couldn't book cabs, and there was no bus service available. Additionally, there were no power backup facilities, which made things inconvenient at times.

Security in crowded areas is commendable in their society, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and visitors alike, contributing to a sense of comfort and peace in bustling public spaces.
Things need improvement
During that time, Ola and Uber services were not available, but there was no issue as residents had alternative transportation options, ensuring convenient mobility within their society.

A society of 1800 Flats, with Park, natural scenic beauty, peace and serenity, Near Alliance University.

Good things here
In this society, the spacing between each block is good, and the roads within the community are well-maintained, with ample greenery. Major transportation facilities such as buses and cabs are available within a walkable distance. There are no issues with water supply or electricity for residents, and overall maintenance is excellent.
Things need improvement
The major issues in this society are the high maintenance charges, water leakage problems in some flats, and the absence of a swimming pool.

Good things here
Within the community, the atmosphere is pollution-free due to the abundance of plants and trees. Society boasts excellent connectivity, as all essential amenities such as groceries, vegetable markets, supermarkets, and clinics are easily accessible within a 1km distance for everyone. Additionally, buses and cabs are readily available. All festivals are celebrated within the community with friendly people. The amenities are well-maintained, with maintenance charges being moderate not excessively high or low. Residents enjoy a good water supply, a park, ample parking facilities, and well-maintained elevators.
Things need improvement
The society has a few drawbacks. The gym is currently not in working condition, and there is no pool or clubhouse within the community. Additionally, the construction quality is not up to the mark, and residents face some minor issues.

This society boasts excellent open spaces, complete with well-maintained walking paths adorned with lush greenery. Additionally, it offers convenient access to essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and transportation facilities including cabs and buses, all within walking distance. The maintenance of the area is commendable, with regular cleanliness measures in place and a consistent water supply without interruptions.
Things need improvement
This society encounters several minor issues. Firstly, power backup options are only available for common areas. Secondly, among the approximately 40 buildings, a few flats suffer from seepage issues. Additionally, the absence of a clubhouse and swimming pool within the community could be viewed as a missed advantage. Moreover, there is no nearby metro station.
