Good things here
The connectivity in our society is excellent, making it easy to access transportation options and nearby amenities. I'm particularly impressed with the maintenance standards; everything is well-kept and clean. The amenities here are also fantastic and meet my needs perfectly. Additionally, the people in our society are really nice and contribute to a friendly atmosphere that I appreciate.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our society is quite average and requires renovation to improve. Additionally, the parking area is limited, which poses a challenge for residents.

Good things here
When there's a problem, maintenance acts fast and usually fixes it within 1-2 days. We have a swimming pool, and while the roads are good, most people still prefer driving. If we need a ride, there are plenty of autos and cabs around. We all have an app for the gate, which works well. Plus, there's a market nearby for our daily needs.
Things need improvement
Even though the metro is far, it's easy to connect to it. However, the maintenance office taking 1-2 days to fix issues, especially in emergencies, can be inconvenient. Besides that, there's nothing else that needs improvement in the society.

Good things here
The construction quality surpasses that of nearby societies, which is reassuring. All necessary amenities are readily available within the society. Autos are conveniently accessible just outside the society, facilitating easy transportation. Online delivery services like Zepto and Blinkit are also prompt and efficient in the area, adding to the convenience of residents.
Things need improvement
The absence of public transportation facilities is a notable issue in the area. Additionally, with the development of malls and societies, traffic congestion has become increasingly frequent, posing challenges for residents.

Good things here
The Maintanance of the society is very good as it is kept very neat and clean,all the necessary amneties are avaliable in the society like swiming pool, gym, club house etc . Schools, hospital .college and market are avaliable at the radius of 1 km.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not close but local transport is avaliable all the time. The construction quality is not good as seepage can be seen at palces

Good things here
The society boasts excellent amenities such as a clubhouse, gymnasium, and jogging track, along with ample parking facilities. The well-maintained roads inside the society add to its appeal.
Things need improvement
Cabs and auto-rickshaws are available in the area, but the bus stand is quite far from the society. Unfortunately, there is no provision for visitor parking in the society.

Power backup and water supply is good. peoples are coparative and all the festivals are celebrate togather.

Parking area is small.security issues is the biggest issue like anyone can enter into the society to tell my name but i dont know that ,inside the park no light is there.maintenance is not responsive,swiming pool is dirty.

Good things here
Nearby malls, markets, and transportation options like autos and cabs are easily available. The society offers all facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, etc.
Things need improvement
The metro and railway stations are located about 5-7 kilometers away from the society, which might require a bit of travel. The construction quality of the buildings is average, and there are some issues with seepage.

Convenient access to medical facilities, shopping malls, and public transport. well designed layout, kids play area is great here.
Things need improvement
Public transport availability good but the metro connectivity is not near. there is a seepage issue in different walls of the society.
