Good things here
There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and each resident has designated parking. The elevators are installed and maintained well. The neighbors are very nice, and as a North Indian, I haven�t faced any discrimination from them. Also, since there are no tenants, we don�t have any issues, but I think tenants wouldn�t cause trouble anyway.
Things need improvement
Autorickshaws and cabs are hard to find nearby, which seems to be a problem throughout Hyderabad, especially for people coming from North India. We don�t have water supply from the municipality, and I think this area, Narsingi, is quite backward. There are no cooks or house help available nearby, and the ones who are available charge high rates. The swimming pool water is often dirty and closed most of the time. The gym lacks most equipment, and what�s there often doesn�t work. The construction quality is poor, with wood falling apart due to termite issues in just five years. There�s a lot of corruption in the society, with no transparency in maintenance charges and expenses. The maintenance overall is very poor, from garbage collection to disposal, it�s all third-grade. Additionally, I don�t prefer the society�s setup where we only own a space, and the rest of the land belongs to the community.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area are well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Facilities like supermarkets, markets, and grocery stores are available within a walkable distance from the society. Garbage collection is very good, done daily in the society. The parking area is very spacious in the society, with a designated visitor parking area. There is ample greenery in the society, and a park is also available for kids.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good in the society, with major seepage issues present. Hospitals are very far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away, which is inconvenient for emergencies. The metro station is also far from the society, approximately 4 kilometers away, which is inconvenient.

Good things here
I am a former resident and used to stay there 3 years ago. Living here was very pleasant. Connectivity was good, with easy access to auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro. The airport was conveniently nearby, which made travel easy. Maintenance was excellent; everything was kept clean and in good working order. Stray dogs were managed well. The construction quality was solid with no major issues. The amenities, including the garden, swimming pool, gym, and parks, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. Security was good with CCTV coverage, and there was plenty of parking, including guest spaces.
Things need improvement
The railway station was quite far away, which made train travel less convenient. This distance could be problematic for those who frequently need to travel by train.

Good things here
The elevators are installed and well-maintained, which is great. The construction quality is excellent, and the apartments are spacious with no seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation keeps the place comfortable. Garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable. We have a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are all well-maintained. The neighbors are decent and friendly. Connectivity is good, with well-maintained roads and nearby schools, hospitals, and markets.
Things need improvement
I�ve had a great experience living here with no issues at all. Everything is up to the mark and well-maintained. I have my own car, so I don't have much experience with autorickshaws, but I have seen Ola and Uber operating in the society.

Local amenities in this area are very good, with excellent infrastructure and a pleasant atmosphere throughout. Connectivity is easily accessible if we book ahead. Water facilities are very reliable, and power backup ensures uninterrupted service. Waste management is effective, keeping the environment clean. Amenities such as swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation stations are within a 500-meter radius. Parking is ample, accommodating both residents and visitors comfortably.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is quite poor in this area, with some issues in certain flats. There are some leaks in other parts of the building, which impacts convenience.

Good things here
Getting an auto or cab is easy, and the metro and railway station are close by. The roads are in good condition. The lift always works, and the place is kept clean. The garbage is collected on time, and the water tank is cleaned. There are no problems with seepage, leakage, or cracks. The buildings have good ventilation and sunlight. The society has a garden, play area for kids, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. The people here are nice and friendly.
Things need improvement
Tanker water is used which is not good as its quality is bad. No other issues in the society at all . Its a great society to live in , i am completely satisfied with my society.

Good things here
Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park are available in the society but they are not well maintained. No other issues in the society .

The society offers well-maintained amenities, including multiple play areas for children, a swimming pool, a badminton court, and a gym, all of which are consistently kept hygienic. Additionally, there are ample parking options available. Residents of the society come together to celebrate various festivals, such as Navaratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, and other Hindu festivals. Residents have never encountered any water-related issues. The society enjoys good connectivity, with several schools and hospitals located in the vicinity. Within the community, all necessities including groceries and vegetables are readily available.
Things need improvement
I moved out of that society. During my time there, the only problem was with electricity. The management collected extra charges for power backup, but the power backup system was not efficient.

Residents often face water shortages and frequent power outages, which disrupt daily routines. These challenges highlight the need for infrastructure improvements to ensure reliable utility services for residents' comfort.

Sometimes, there are water issues during the summer months. Additionally, amenities like the gym may break down, requiring time-consuming repairs to fix, causing inconvenience to residents.
