Good things here

In our community, life is made simple and comfortable with a range of conveniences. Our building features reliable elevators, and we have CCTV cameras and security guards to keep us safe day and night. The construction quality is top-notch, so we don't have to worry about leaks or termites. Plus, our homes are well-ventilated, with sturdy walls and ceilings. When it comes to cleanliness, we've got it covered with regular garbage collection and separate bins for wet and dry waste. We never have to worry about power outages or water shortages because we have round-the-clock electricity and water supply. Parking is a breeze with designated spots for each resident, and our modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are always well-maintained. But what really makes our community special is the friendly atmosphere. Our neighbors are always there to lend a helping hand or celebrate festivals together. And with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, everything we need is just a stone's throw away

Things need improvement

While our community offers many amenities, one thing that could enhance our experience is the addition of a swimming pool. It's not a huge issue, but having a pool would be a nice bonus for residents looking to relax and cool off during the summer months. Aside from that, everything else about our community is excellent. We enjoy the security, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere that make living here such a pleasure.

The excellent connectivity ensures that public transportation options are easily accessible, making it effortless to commute. With colleges, schools, and markets nearby, everything I need is within reach. I appreciate the meticulous maintenance of our society, with regular upkeep ensuring that everything is in proper order. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Inside my flat, proper ventilation and ample sunlight create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the year. The well-designed layout adds to the overall comfort, and I'm grateful that we don't face common issues like seepage or leakage thanks to the quality construction of the building. One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community fostered by the organization of celebrations and events within the society. Additionally, the properly functioning lifts and the availability of a playground for kids add to the convenience and enjoyment of living here.

Things need improvement

There is a lot of dirt on the roads, the roads are not kept clean outside the roads. Facilities and amenities like swimming pool and play area are not available in the society. Gym is available but the condition is not good. Painting of exteriors are not done on time, painting is required. Rent of the society is high.

Maintenance charges are reasonable considering current standards, and cleanliness is upheld with daily garbage collection. Overall, aside from occasional seepage issues, the build quality of the society is deemed�satisfactory.

They're all well-maintained and functional. Plus, the construction quality of our buildings is impressive � no seepage or leakage issues to worry about. The connectivity here is excellent, with public transport options readily available nearby. And with elevators in all towers, getting around is a breeze. Good things here

You can easily find autos near the society, and there's no traffic problem. But the roads in front of the society need some fixing up. The society itself is clean, and you've got all the modern stuff you need. No leaking or seeping in the flats, they're well ventilated with lots of sunlight and balconies. Water's always flowing, and there's even a metro station nearby that you can walk to. Plus, the people living here are pretty decent.

Transportation connectivity near the society is good, as routes are linked to the main road. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues in the building. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. Amenities like gym, play area swimming pool and party hall are available. CCTVs and parking lot are present in the society. Residents are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all festivals and occasions together.

Parking was allocated for everyone, lifts were well-maintained, and the society was clean. There were no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents were cooperative and pleasant.

Autos were not readily available near the society; one had to walk to the main road. The roads outside the society were poorly maintained. Maintenance charges were high, but the modern amenities were not well-maintained. There was a water supply issue during summers; water was not readily available in the society.
