Good things here
Building was really good to live as the rooms were spacious and well designed attached with balcony. There was no leakage and seepage issues as well. 24/7 water and electricity supply available. Local transport facilities were easily available near by the society.
Things need improvement
People over there are really bad and torturing to tenants and tenants are treated differently and many people just come to fight over if any issue arises. There is no swimming pool in the society. Security staff also does discimination between owners and visitors.

Good things here
The cooperative society has been exceptionally efficient, adding gas and water pipelines and overseeing the under-construction project. Residents benefit from the convenience of nearby auto cabs and bus stands, all within walking distance.
Things need improvement
The building was still under construction when the contractor unexpectedly disappeared. In response, the cooperative society was formed, taking over all management responsibilities. At that time, the society lacked any amenities, and there was no provision for visitor parking or power backup facilities.

Good things here
Auto ,cabs were available on the gate of the society.school and hospitals were at the walking distance .
Things need improvement
There was leakage issue and railway station was little away from the society,swimming pool ,club house ,gym were not there only play ground was there in the society.sometimes lift were also not functional.

Good things here
24/7 water and electricity supply.connectivity was great ,local transport and essentials were available easily.
Things need improvement
Extra charges for the parking area is being taken from the tenant.There were some conflic between the resident.

Amenities needs to be improve in the society,swimming pool is not there.leakage,seepage and cracks on the wall hence build quality is poor.

My living experience of that society was worst but somehow i only liked the atmosphere,that was quite peaceful.
Things need improvement
Poor connectivity ,local transport facilities are not available. building is ilegal and not authorised. mainatainace facilities are worst.

Good things here
Society was neat and clean.build quality was good.alloted parking has been provided for the resident.tenant were not charged extra to use any of the facilities.
Things need improvement
Visitors parking was not provided.society was having some legal issues earlier,due to which amenities were not in use.

Connectivity is great,like schools hospitals are near by the apartment. attentive managing commitee to resolve issues of the residence. alloted parking has been provided.
Things need improvement
Sometimes we face traffic issues outside the apartment but it is versitile. as such society is working smoothly and everything in the society is perfect.

Good things here
Connectivity is really good, and the environment is open and peaceful. The managing committee is commendable as they have taken on all the responsibilities left behind by the builder, such as trying to construct amenities for the residents. Parking is ample, and the units are spacious.
Things need improvement
The developer of this society has dissolved all their services, and the builder has failed to deliver all the promised facilities. Currently, there are no amenities available, and the builder is also not providing NOC to the residents.

Good things here
Maintenance is really good in the society and time to painting and all is done in the society,right now also renovation work is going on in the society.Connectivity is good like there are local market and groccery shops near by the society.cabs are easily available near by the society.Society is neat ,clean and good atmosphere in the society.
Things need improvement
This is stand alone building and does not consist pf any of the amenities except for owners parking and visitors parking is not there in the society.
