Good things here
Living in our society has been a wonderful experience! The availability of autos and cabs right at our doorstep makes commuting incredibly convenient. Additionally, the excellent public transport options nearby ensure that getting around the city is a breeze. The garbage pickup is always on time, keeping our surroundings clean and pleasant. Neighbors who are not just friendly but also love to socialize and celebrate festivals together, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Society offers a pleasant living experience, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Sometimes, the maintenance of common areas could be more consistent, ensuring they remain clean and well-kept. Although transportation options are convenient, the traffic noise can be a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, while our neighbors are friendly, there could be more organized community events to bring everyone together more frequently. Addressing these minor issues could enhance the overall living experience even further.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, with autos readily available, and there are no traffic issues nearby. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and there are no construction-related problems like leakage or seepage. The residents are friendly, and the lifts are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated, and there is ample greenery in the society. the society is kept clean.
Things need improvement
The society is not located near a metro station or a local railway station. While all modern amenities are available, they are located on the ground floor, making them susceptible to waterlogging during heavy rainfall. There is occasionally a shortage of water supply. Moreover, the society does not allow bachelors to reside.

Autos are conveniently accessible near the society, ensuring easy transportation for residents. The society maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and there are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage. With excellent ventilation and a range of modern amenities, residents enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Ample parking facilities and robust security measures further enhance the living experience in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro station and local railway station aren't nearby, which means a 7 km trip to the railway station. Water supply falls short, and there are concerning casteism issues. When it rains, waterlogging in the area gets pretty bad.

Good things here
The society is very good, and I want to buy a flat here myself. The connectivity is excellent, with autos, buses, malls, and restaurants nearby. The maintenance of the society is very good, and there are not many problems with water cleanliness. There is no leakage or seepage in the flats. All modern amenities are available and are of top class. The residents are good. The parking facilities are very good. Our landlord is very good.
Things need improvement
There are two groups in the society, owners and tenants. There is some differentiation between tenants and owners. People drive recklessly outside the society. There is some traffic near the society.

Good things here
Cabs were easily available. The roads outside the society were good. Water was available 24/7. All modern amenities were available in the society. The society was clean, and the residents were cooperative. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was sufficient parking.
Things need improvement
When I was living there, it was during the COVID times, and autos were not easily available. There was a bit of traffic near the Kalyan flyover, which is a little distance away from the society. There was some moisture buildup in the flats.

Good things here
Society is clean and well maintained lift are working. Amenities are there in the society like gym, swimming pool, gardens. Neighbors are friendly and decent. Parking is also available to the residents.
Things need improvement
There was so much problem with water logging during monsoon season . The connectivity is very poor during rainy make it a hinderance to commute in auto , rickshaws.

I don't dislike about this place specifically but the roads in bhiwandi are not so great but it's not the fault of building
