The well-maintained surroundings, spacious gardens, and amenities like the gym, yoga facilities, and large kids' play area must provide a lot of enjoyment for residents. The excellent services provided by the security guards, including their use of the gate app for visitor information, add an extra layer of safety and convenience. And it's great that you find the location convenient, with well-ventilated bedrooms and ample parking space.
Things need improvement
. Issues with construction quality, such as areas wearing off, can certainly be concerning. High maintenance charges, especially when deducted daily from the electricity meter, can be frustrating for residents. Additionally, finding RWA charges for maintenance services to be high compared to the services provided can make it less affordable for middle-class residents. The lack of public transport options and the distance from central Gurgaon or Delhi can also be inconvenient for those commuting to work in those areas.

Additionally, being a bit far from central Gurgaon and lacking public transport options can make commuting less convenient. Good things here
This society kind of feels like a home to me. There is everything available, there are gyms, swimming pools and public parks available for catering to refreshing needs. If talking about people , I think that everywhere there are some problems but if you are good and nice to others, others will also be nice to you, so yes people are good and engaging. We celebrate various things together. Maintenance facilities are also good here with timely issue resolution. There are no issues regarding ventilation, seepage or cracks. There are sufficient parking spaces available in the society, and autos and cabs are also easily accessible. Overall, it's a nice and a pleasant place.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, I face issues regarding water supply and seepage, but when we complain about it, the issue gets resolved promptly. There is nothing bad about the society as such. I enjoy living here.

I'm worried about some maintenance problems we're having, especially with the high charges we're seeing on our electricity bills. It feels like there's a lot of room for improvement in how the building was made too, so it lasts longer and doesn't need as much fixing. But even with these issues, I have to admit, the location is pretty handy, and the bedrooms are nice and breezy, making it a comfy place to live.

Good things here
Sab bohot badiya hai society mein, har cheez acchi hai she said. Society clean rehta hai. Log acche rehte hain society mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse sab hai society mein. Water supply & power supply is also satsfactory.
Things need improvement
Construction quality accha nahi hai bas, woh improve hina chahiye. Seepage/leakage ka problem rehta hai. This is the only issue she highlighted.

Good things here
The flat had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. Festivals were celebrated together by all residents, who were cooperative. Water was available 24/7, and the society had all modern amenities, well-maintained. The cleanliness standards were up to the mark.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society was not good at all; even a slight impact would cause cement to come off. Sometimes, smelly water would come out of the flush in the washroom. Public transport was not available at all from the society.
