Good things here
Public transportation options like autos, buses, and rickshaws are easily accessible outside the society, making commuting convenient for me. I appreciate having market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, restaurants, and hospitals nearby, which adds to the convenience of daily life. The society has provided well-defined parking spaces for all residents, and I haven't faced any major issues regarding parking. Maintenance of the society is excellent, with cleanliness and hygiene properly maintained, including timely garbage collection and pest control. Water supply and electricity are available without any major disruptions, ensuring a comfortable living environment for me. The construction quality of the buildings is superior, with good ventilation and no seepage or termite issues. Functional CCTV cameras, security guards, and elevators contribute to the safety and security of the society. The amenities provided, such as the gym, swimming pool, and club house, are well-maintained and functional, enhancing the overall quality of life. The friendly and cooperative nature of the people in the society fosters a sense of community
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the metro station is not conveniently located near the society, which can make commuting via public transportation less convenient for me. Guest parking arrangements require parking outside the society premises, which can be inconvenient for guests visiting me.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is very well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. All the garbage collections are collected from the residents on regular basis. Water supply is good. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Spacious Lift is available and maintained properly. 3 lifts are available in each blocks The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Plaster and fittings quality is good. Spacious society with proper ventilation is flats, buildings are not at all conjested. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden and tennis court is available. Painting is also done on time. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
I also use my personal vehicle and the society has not got good amount of parking space. Sometimes parking has to be done outside the society on the roads. Visitor's parking is not available. There is no club house in the society.

Good things here
The society area was nicely kept, with no leaks or water problems. Everything was easy to get to. Buses, autos, and taxis were available whenever people needed them. Connectivity was good for the people who have to go for the work daiky have the facilties of public transport. Water supply and waste management were good. Nearby, people could easily reach grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. There was lots of parking available. A large park was there for kids to play and enjoy. The residents were friendly and welcoming. Cctvs and elevators are good in condition and working properly. Communication and internet services were always reliable.
Things need improvement
There was no improvement meeded everything was good in condition. Connectivity was good. Parking area was big for the people who have their own vehcle can park their car and bikes with sufficiemt space. Construction quality was also good

Good things here
Local shops, supermarkets, and two pharmacies are nearby. Cabs are easily accessible. CCTV cameras are installed, and lifts function reliably with prompt repair services. The society maintains high cleanliness standards and proper hygiene. There are no sudden power cuts, and ventilation is excellent with ample sunlight in rooms. Emergency stairs and fire extinguishers are available. The construction quality is good without seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. Additional facilities include a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids.
Things need improvement
The society has average connectivity, as public transport options like autos and buses are not easily available outside, and there is no nearby bus stop. Restaurants in the area are limited, and delivery times from these establishments can be lengthy. Additionally, there are very few good hospitals located near the society.

Good things here
The buildings are really well-built. People are very friendly and often join in cultural events. The facilities like gyms, clubhouse, and pools are kept really clean. No problems with leaks or dampness anywhere. It's easy to get around with buses, autos, and taxis close by. There's lots of parking space for everyone people can park their car and bike with sufficient space. There was no issue of communication and network in that area. Connectivity was good people have the facilities of public transport. Electricity and watersupply is also good. You can find grocery stores, schools, pharmacies, and hospitals nearby. Everyone can stay connected without any problems. They handle garbage disposal really well.
Things need improvement
Everything was okay and well maintained there was no issue with water electricity and garbage. Amenities are well maintained. Connectivity was also good.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity, with a railway station, bus stop, and even a metro nearby. The construction quality is superb, with no issues regarding seepage so far. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available in the society. There is a high-security system in place, including entry gate facilities. Allocated parking spaces are available for both owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Having an extension in the balcony is convenient, but the absence of bird nets in the society makes it inconvenient to clean up the mess created by birds regularly. Additionally, without bird nets, it's challenging to pour water without attracting more birds. Furthermore, there is no power backup facility available in the society.

Good things here
Roads outside the society is of good quality and during rainy season there is no water logging issues. Quality of the construction is really excellent,rooms are spacious and well designed. Connectivity of the apartment is good local transport is easy to approach near by the society. There are swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply is available in the society. High security system ,kids and senior citizen are safe inside the society. Society is neat,clean and well maintained. Crowd of the people is quite decent and educated.
Things need improvement
Charges for the maintenance facilities are at bit higher side compare to other society. Parking area is limited in the society as some of the residents has to park outside the society. Power back up is available for common areas only.

Construction of the society is Excellent as till now there are no issues regarding Seepage in the society. There are swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area in the society. Cleaniness is good,time to time garbage collection is done in the society. All the essentials facilities are available near by the society. Attentive managing commitee to resolve issues of the residents. Lift are very well maintained. High security system as there are intercom facilities in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity with local transport facilities is good but there are no good schools near by the society. Railway station is far away from the society. There are some charges to use the amenities.

This society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Lifts work properly. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. The society has got all amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids, park and all amenities are at it's best and maintained properly. neighbours are also friendly and cooperative. The society is quite spacious and best for living.

Overall everything about this society is very good and properly maintained, no such improvements are required here.

Good things here
Auto,cabs,public transport facilities are easy to approach. Society is neat and clean,good security system has been adopted. Good celebration of festivals and friendly environment in the society. Proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.
Things need improvement
Overflow of sewers issues were there due to which water logging issue accured. This is old construction so there are cracks on the walls. there are no amenities present in the society. No allocated parking space for resident,first come fisrt serve system has been adopted.
