Good things here
Amenities consist only of a gym and a play area, which is limited. Connectivity is good if we book an available apartment in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect daily. Public transportation stops are available within 100 meters, which is very convenient. Hospitals are available nearby for emergencies. Cleanliness in the society is very good, except for some stray dogs roaming outside.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are leaks and seepages in the society. Despite raising these issues, the association won't do anything. There is visitor parking in the society. The metro station is around 5 kilometers away from the society, which is inconvenient.

Public transportation, such as buses, is available but is quite far from the society, and there is no nearby metro station. Additionally, the greenery in the society could use some improvement.

A distance railway station can be inconvienet from the society. Lack of mero connectivity can impact accessibility in the sociey. Maintainance should be improve in the society.

Poor construction quality can lead to a various issues. There is always seepage issues occurs. Railway station is very far from the society. Facilities like markets are have to go for annanagar that is inconvienet.

Well connected society because within a 2 to 3 km radius, numerous schools, hospitals, and large shopping malls are conveniently situated. Transportation facilities, including the metro station and bus stop, are directly opposite the community. Maintenance is commendable, with reasonable charges. There are no construction issues. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gyms, a clubhouse, gardens, play areas, and a supermarket are available for resident's comfort. The society's environment is clean and well-maintained.

The security systems at night times are not accurate and there is a need for improvement.

Everything is within half a kilometer, including shops, malls, schools, hospitals, and clinics. There are no water issues, with a power backup available. The construction quality is excellent, with functional amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. Residents are cooperative, celebrating festivals like Holi, New Year, and Diwali. A 24/7 security system is in place.
