The convenience of having public transport options like autos and cabs easily available outside, along with nearby shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants, makes everyday life incredibly convenient for me. The proximity of the metro station further enhances connectivity, which is a big plus. The good road conditions and functioning street lights ensure safe and smooth commuting within the area. I really appreciate the commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, with timely garbage collection and separate waste disposal, making our living environment pleasant and comfortable. Continuous water and electricity supply, without any issues like water logging or mobile network problems, adds to the overall convenience and peace of mind. It's reassuring to know that any issues that arise are promptly resolved, and we have dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain our surroundings. The presence of CCTV cameras and friendly security guards contributes to the sense of safety and security within our community. Additionally, the good construction quality and proper ventilation ensure a comfortable living space. And perhaps most importantly, the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents, along with the communal celebration of cultural festivals and events.
Things need improvement
The uncovered drain outside the society causing bad smells is definitely a concern for residents' health and comfort. Addressing this issue by covering the drain or implementing measures to mitigate the smell would be important for improving the living environment. The aging amenities, including the old clubhouse, may impact residents' enjoyment of recreational facilities. Additionally, the absence of basement parking can lead to parking challenges and congestion in the surrounding areas.

Living in our society has been a truly positive experience for me. The connectivity here is excellent, with numerous public transport options nearby, making it convenient to travel around the area. I'm impressed by the quality of our infrastructure; the buildings are well-built and rarely suffer from wear and tear. This speaks volumes about the maintenance standards in our society. Furthermore, the construction quality of our buildings is top-notch, with no seepage or water leakage issues. It's reassuring to know that our living spaces are well-maintained and free from structural problems. One of the aspects I cherish the most about living here is the sense of community. It's heartening to see everyone come together to celebrate festivals, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
Things need improvement
The maintenance situation in our society is incredibly frustrating for me. The dysfunctional lifts and frequent breakdowns of the water pump make everyday life much more challenging than it needs to be. It's clear that there's a severe lack of effective maintenance going on. Moreover, having only a swimming pool as the sole amenity is quite disappointing. It would be wonderful to have access to additional amenities like parks or gyms to enhance our quality of life. And the issue of illegal parking in the area is a real concern for me. It not only creates inconvenience but also poses safety risks for everyone in the community.

Well-maintained elevators ensure smooth access to different floors, and the efficient resolution of issues demonstrates the effectiveness of the management team. Moreover, the decency and education of fellow residents contribute to a positive community atmosphere, further enriched by the organization of cultural festivals and events.

Seepage, leakage, and dampness can not only damage the structural integrity of buildings but also pose health risks to residents. Water logging around the society during the rainy season can exacerbate these issues and create additional inconvenience and safety hazards. Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance reflect a larger problem with overall hygiene standards and upkeep within the society.

There are no major issues within the society, but regarding the available amenities, the gym is quite small. I feel that the gym should be larger. Additionally, the parking facilities need further improvement as they are limited. This lack of parking space creates problems for guests, as there is no designated parking for them, causing�inconvenience.

The society has excellent connectivity with a nearby metro station and easy access to various modes of public transport such as auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses. The roads are in good condition and well-maintained, with minimal potholes. Additionally, the people in the society are also very nice and�cooperative.
Things need improvement
I feel that the maintenance of the society could be further improved. Additionally, the construction quality of the society has deteriorated significantly over time due to its age. Plaster is peeling off the walls, and the paint is deteriorating. These issues indicate that the construction has deteriorated considerably. Furthermore, while amenities are available, the swimming pool is not functional, and several other facilities are also non-operational. Additionally, there is no clubhouse�in�the�society.

Good things here
The society is not very large, but it is quite good and well-maintained with regular cleaning. Although there are no amenities due to its small size, it's not a problem. The people in the society are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The construction quality of the society is also good, with only minor seepage issues, which�are�not�major.
Things need improvement
There are no problems within the society, but outside the society, construction of a mall has begun in what used to be a green area. I believe this construction should not have been allowed in a green area. Additionally, the drainage system, which was previously open, has been covered. I believe it should have remained open. Other than these issues, there are no further�problems.

Good things here
Maintennance is pro active when it comes to collecting garbage and cleaning the soctey and its area. There is no such issue of power cuts as such. Lifts have CCTV and is in good shape, Th eneighbors are always ready to help each toher out and celebrate festivals on regular basis
Things need improvement
There is swimming pool int eh society but no tariner whcih makes it hard for even kids or adults to use the siwmming pool for their safety purpose. Few pipes were broken which are being fixed

Good things here
In our society, we don't experience power cuts because there's backup power available for all flats. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats, and ventilation is good. The lifts are well taken care of, and the residents are friendly. We have all modern amenities available, and there's plenty of water supply. Cleanliness is maintained, and it's easy to get Ola and Uber from the society.
Things need improvement
Public transport isn't readily available near the society, and there's not enough parking space inside the society. Many residents own multiple four-wheelers, which limits parking availability. As a result, there's no parking inside the society premises for visitors.

Good things here
There used to be a leakage issue in the flats, but it has been fixed now. The society has good roads outside, and the residents are nice. There are no water-related issues in the society. Power cuts are not a problem as there is backup for the entire building. The lifts are well maintained, and maintenance charges are normal. There is enough parking for residents, and autos are readily available near the society.
Things need improvement
The construction, being 18 years old, is not in the best condition. The society lacks visitor parking, and the metro is 1. 5 km away. There aren't many amenities; it's quite small.
