Good things here
Society is well cleaned and maintained all the time with timely garbage collection and properly availablity of cctv and security in the society. Parking is avaialable for residents and guest so there are no parking issues everyone has there alloted parking.
Things need improvement
The society doesnt have any amenity in the society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden , play area, indoor games and other facilitites. residents doesnt have the facility to relax .

Good things here
The locality has been developing in last 4-5 years. There are markets, malls, lakes present within 5 km radius. Well conencted via outer ringout with the rest of the city
Things need improvement
The plaster is peeling off every year. The decoloration of balcony railings and building gives it a very average look. The apartment is a old construction with little scope for renovation.

Good things here
The apartment is located in Marathalhalli near outer ring round. It's a low rise apartment with basic amenities like parking and lift. Reliance fresh is nearby for daily needs. Chinnappanahally lake is famous landmark in this locality. We used to live here for 8 years but recently moved to Whitefield. The people in the community are good, and the maintenance of the society is also good.
Things need improvement
It's almost 20 years old project. The seepage issues and regular maintenane were required frequerntly. The outside roads are yet to be repaired fully.

Good things here
It's 2 side open apartment helps with ventilation. There are trees in the lane and the drainage pipes are properly covered. People celebrate festivals together. These are mostly owner staying in this society.
Things need improvement
Water quality and shortages recently have created problem for the residents. People are now selling their homes and moving to new location at hefty prices. There is no space for kids to play. Parking becomes congested everyday. The light in common area is also a challenge

Good things here
I moved out of this neighborhood approximately three years ago. The community features nearby schools, medical stores, and a readily available cab service within walking distance. The water facility is excellent, with no additional maintenance charges, and ample parking options for all residents.
Things need improvement
This is a small society consisting of a three-floor building. There are only limited facilities available; there is no power backup, no play area, and security is not available all day.

Good things here
It's located in a peaceful location. Mostly locals are residening here. The building is old but sturdy. There are street lights present in the lane. The parking space is well maintained. The guards work on rotational basis.
Things need improvement
The power cut is frequent. You may never know when the power cuts. You may be in life or working on your computer. It just cuts off without intimation. The building Is quite old. The plaster is not holding anymore. Serious renovation would be needed to ensure the building is liveable.

Good things here
It's a small society with 70-80 peopler resding. Mostly state govt. employees. There are basic amenities in this society. 2 Gates are present side by side to enter into the parking slot.
Things need improvement
Not recommended for people who are from other states. The language bareer is too much. The house rent is also too high after covid. The maintenance is supbar. The 2 wheeler parking and car parking are intervined together causing lot of parking crunch. The guard at the gate is also not present through out the day. Main road traffic poses issues in their society, causing inconvenience for residents.
