Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity through the delhi metro networks and public transport.
Things need improvement
The park is not well maintained because of stray dogs, specially there is no safety facility in this society.

Connectivity is excellent, with markets and malls easily accessible, and rent is affordable for everyone.

Rooms are congested, with no amenities, and water blockage issues occur during the rainy season.

Connectivity is very good, there are many metro stations and the market is very big, there are many things�available.

The security services offered by the society was good and connectivity of the society was also nice

The gates of the society shuts early at night time so it causes prblem who comes late

The society benefits from excellent connectivity, with a metro station within walking distance and markets conveniently located outside. Inside the society, residents have access to amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and a play area for kids. Maintenance is a priority, with diligent upkeep ensuring cleanliness and proper hygiene standards. Garbage collection is punctual, contributing to a clean and pleasant living environment for all residents.
Things need improvement
Seepage is a significant issue in the society, especially during the rainy season when sewer water seeps out, causing areas to flood and become waterlogged.

Good things here
I used to live there in a rented flat, and the owner maintained it well. The maintenance charge was 200rs. There was a garden, and the location of the society was good. Rest society was very good, no issues were there.
Things need improvement
There was no lift, gym, or clubhouse because it was a government society. There were issues related to electronics; the washing machine used to have problems, and there was no team available to fix it.

While facilities are indeed available, they come at a cost, with maintenance charges being quite high. However, residents feel that the facilities provided do not match the charges levied.

The greenery is excellent, and it's great that the society is well-maintained. Keeping things clean and taking care of the environment are definitely some of the best aspects of living there.
Things need improvement
Public transportation availability is very poor, with autos and rickshaws not readily available. There's a definite need for improvement in this regard.

According to Delhi the ventilation of the society is very good because there is a lot of crowded area in Delhi, so according to that the ventilation�is�very�good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the flooring is not good, the water pipeline gets damaged and has to be repaired again and again or the amenities are not�of�much�use.
