Near the society, residents had access to a variety of shops ranging from small grocery stores to malls and restaurants, providing convenience for daily needs. The roads outside the society were in good condition, and transportation options like autos and buses were easily accessible. Ample open space and modern amenities were available within the society, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Parking facilities were also provided for visitors. The flats were well-ventilated, and the overall cleanliness of the society was maintained. There had never been any issues of leakage or seepage, contributing to the hassle-free living experience. Residents were friendly, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere, and pets were allowed in the society, adding to its inclusivity.
Things need improvement
It was challenging as the PMC didn't provide drinking water, forcing residents to arrange for tankers. However, the water from tankers was hard, prompting residents to install their own RO purifiers at home. Additionally, the distance to the railway station and airport from the society was quite far, making commuting less convenient.

The quality of roads outside the society was excellent, and there were no issues with waterlogging in the vicinity. Essential amenities were easily accessible nearby. The build quality of the society was impressive, with no problems of leakage or seepage observed. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. All essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym were available within the society. There was a consistent supply of water and electricity, supplemented by tanker facilities when needed. The security system was robust, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas and security guards present 24/7. The residents were friendly and inclusive, with no discrimination between owners and tenants noted in the society.
Things need improvement
The society lacked connectivity to public transport facilities. There were no nearby railway stations or metro facilities, and bus services were infrequent. As a result, residents had to depend on local transport options such as autos, cabs, or private vehicles for transportation.

Transportation connectivity in the area is good, with easy access to auto cabs, Ola, and Uber services, and a local market nearby. The build quality of the society meets standards, with no issues regarding leakage or seepage. All amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and gym, are well-maintained and fully functional. Garbage collection is done daily, and cleanliness is upheld. The people are friendly and cooperative, and the maintenance team is efficient, addressing complaints promptly. Additionally, CCTV surveillance covers all areas of the society.
Things need improvement
One major drawback of these societies is the lack of nearby schools and hospitals, which is inconvenient for parents with children. Implementing bus services provided by the schools could alleviate this issue by facilitating regular transportation to and from these societies.

Located in central Pune, the society has excellent connectivity and easy access to transportation, malls, and restaurants. It offers 24/7 electricity and water, with amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, picnic area, and gym. The community is friendly, with nearby general stores and pharmacies. Safety is ensured with 24/7 security and surveillance, and allocated parking is provided. The society is well-maintained, with a dedicated team addressing any issues.
Things need improvement
As the building construction aged, there were issues with leakage and seepage. However, the maintenance team effectively addressed and resolved these problems. Since then, there have been no further issues with leakage or seepage.

Good things here
Society is located on centre of the area so connectivity is really great like auto ,cabs and schools hospitals local market is near by the society. Build quality is really great as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage issues in the society. Good security system like all the areas were under cctv survilance and even to time garbage collection in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society good socilism in the society. Lots of open space is there in the society and proper allocated sitting area has been provided.
Things need improvement
All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym,kids play area but tenants were not allowed to use amenities in the society.

Good things here
Neighbours are friendly and society celebrate all festivals very well. Gym, garden and swimming pool is there in the society.
Things need improvement
As per POC' society wale garbage ki dustbin road pe hi rakh dete hai gate k samne us vajah se bohot badboo ati hai vaha pe. there are cracks on wall of the building. society me generator hai per vo bus lift our baki common area k liye hi hai there is no power back up for flats in the society.

Construction of the apartment is excellent and rooms were spacious and beautifully designed.All the modern amenities were threre like swimming pool ,club house ,gym and everything was well maintained.Spacious parking area for owners and visitors.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Connectivity is really god like schools,hospitals are at walkable distance from the society.There are no water logging issues outside the roads of the apartments.High security system all the areas are coverd with cctv.
Things need improvement
Chichwad railway station is 5 km away from the society.Power back up facilities were not there in the society.

Campus of the society is very big so its feels good to walk around in the morning and do excercise in peaceful environment ,near by society we can easily connect to local transport facilities

As such there is no many indoor games in the club house and that should be added and everything was quite good in the apartment

Overall my living experience in that society was top notch.grocerry shop,essentials ,local transport everything was available just outside the apartment.all the modern amenities are provided and very well maintained.security system was great and cleaniness was big plus point to live in the apartment.24/7 water and electricity supply.

Power back up facilities were provided to common areas like lift and lights only

Society has good connectivity with local transport facilities. bachelor's were allowed in the society. all the amenities were highly maintained.
