Living in this neighborhood feels like a breath of fresh air! Every day, like clockwork, the garbage gets picked up, keeping our streets clean and tidy. Water flows effortlessly around the clock, and the sense of community here is truly heartwarming. We come together to celebrate every festival, making our bond even stronger. And let me tell you, we've got our lifts sorted�no annoying leaks or seepage to worry about. The air circulation is fantastic, making our homes feel inviting and comfortable. Plus, all the modern conveniences are right at our fingertips and impeccably maintained. Parking, Not a problem. There's plenty of space for everyone, whether you're a resident or just dropping by. And don't even get me started on power cuts�haven't experienced one yet! Need a ride, No sweat. Autos are always waiting right outside the gates. Living here is simply hassle-free and downright delightful.
Things need improvement
Living in this community has its perks, like reliable power backup for common areas and lifts, ensuring we're not left in the dark during emergencies. However, it's worth noting that this backup doesn't extend to individual flats. As for the roads outside our society, well, they could definitely use some TLC. But despite these minor inconveniences, the warmth of our neighborhood and the sense of togetherness make it all worthwhile.

Good things here
Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby makes my daily routine so convenient. Each of us has designated parking spots due to which I never have to worry about finding a place to park. The connectivity is fantastic, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available for travel. Our roads are well-maintained, ensuring smooth journeys. Regular garbage collection, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, keeps our surroundings clean and tidy. The elevators are always in good condition, and we enjoy round-the-clock electricity and water supply. The construction quality of our buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. Our flats are well-ventilated, with good plaster and fittings. We have modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are not only available but also well-maintained. What truly sets this place apart is the sense of community. My neighbors are incredibly friendly, and we've formed close bonds over the years, celebrating festivals together. With CCTV cameras and proper security guards, I always feel safe and secure.
Things need improvement
Honestly, there's nothing which I can say needs to be improved as we don't face any isssue and have very good connectivity, proper maintainance, good quality of construction, amenities all available and maintained, freindly and supportive neighbours.

Overall, everything was satisfactory; there were no major issues, and the residents were friendly and welcoming. However, there is room for improvement in maintenance services. While amenities such as the gym, swimming pools, and clubhouse were available, they could be better maintained.

Water is available during specified hours, ensuring residents' needs are met. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained, contributing to residents' comfort. Cooperative residents and ample parking space foster a harmonious living environment. With backup power for all buildings, power cuts are not an issue. Nearby shopping malls and restaurants add to the convenience of daily life. Additionally, there are no leakage or seepage issues in the flats, ensuring a hassle-free living experience.
Things need improvement
The society does not feature a swimming pool, which may be a drawback for residents seeking such amenities. Additionally, while there is visitor parking available, it may not be sufficient, suggesting a need for more parking spaces.

There are no water supply issues, and construction quality is good, without seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. The society offers various facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and a play area for kids. Residents are friendly and cooperative, actively participating in cultural festivals and events together. Pet rules are implemented, and lifts are well-maintained for convenience. Additionally, CCTV surveillance is installed throughout the society for security purposes.
Things need improvement
In my opinion, everything in the society is impeccably maintained, and all the facilities one could desire are readily available. Therefore, I have no concerns or feel the need for any improvements here.

Residents exhibited cooperation, and the lifts were well-maintained for seamless vertical mobility. Security was robust, supported by the use of security apps, and the maintenance team demonstrated efficiency in their duties.

There was a slight issue with leakage and cracks in some flats, requiring attention. Unfortunately, a swimming pool was not available in the society, limiting recreational options for residents.

While daily garbage collection from homes was ensured, trash in the streets or common areas within the society remained unaddressed. Additionally, there were no modern amenities available, limiting residents' convenience and comfort.

In the last 2 months, the drinking water quality has not been up to the mark, posing concerns for residents. Traffic issues on main roads have arisen due to numerous shops lining the roadside. Additionally, the absence of amenities such as a swimming pool, badminton court, and cricket ground within the society is noted. Some flats also experience seepage issues, warranting attention from maintenance personnel.

It's wonderful that all festivals are celebrated, and there are no issues with keeping pets. Garbage collection is done on time, and lift maintenance is also scheduled regularly. The building's construction quality is excellent, and ventilation is good too.

There are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or kids' playing area. Maintenance of the society could be improved, and the garden and park could be developed further. Overall, beautification of the society should be enhanced.
