Good things here
Water facilities in our society are excellent, ensuring there is no scarcity even in other apartments. Extensive power backups are available, ensuring continuous supply. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups, which is very convenient for residents. Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible with advance booking. The community is known for its friendly residents and excellent maintenance standards. Public transportation options such as bus stops are conveniently located within a 500-meter radius, enhancing accessibility. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for all residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our society is poor, evidenced by leakages in areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, and kids' play areas, which is highly inconvenient for residents. Schools are conveniently located within a radius of about 5-6 kilometers, providing easy access for families. Security concerns have been raised due to instances of unknown individuals entering wrong flats, highlighting the need for significant improvements in security measures to ensure residents' safety and peace of mind.

Good things here
The society has good security, allowing people to walk around without worry. The cleanliness is well-maintained, and there are no dirty areas. Neighbors are friendly and interact well with each other. Public transport is easily accessible, making travel convenient.
Things need improvement
The society lacks enough swings and play equipment for children, forcing them to play outside the premises. This situation is inconvenient and less secure for kids. Adding more playground equipment would improve their safety and enjoyment.

If any project makes me feel that I have got full value for my money then this is it. This is not my first home but this one makes me feel that I can make a permanent home here finally. Why you are thinking? I love nature first of all. Security is good in the area as it is one of the most prominent areas. The complex has CCTV, security personnel and much more. Maintenance could be better. But the quality of the network is better so it makes up for it. I have pets so their dedicated corner is great.

This is a beautifully designed project. This is a really exclusive locality and project assures full safety just like the neighborhood with good features like CCTV surveillance, security personnel and a lot more. Project comes with so much nature-friendly amenities and greenery. Ample parking is there, mobile network is unhindered with good access to restaurant and utility shop in the premises. You can work from home easily and get connectivity to major roads, supermarkets, hospitals and schools in the area.

This residence has also good connectivity with the city as well. It is just a few minutes away from the estate. This also is situated within walking distance many famous area. And also driving away from the campus. It is so close to this resident as well. Bus Stations are all near. These facilities are so much important to me. This is also a stone's throw distance from renowned hospitals, medical shops, schools, colleges and universities, banks, essential stores, shopping malls etc.

A huge lawn in front of apartment, ample space for tree planting, playgrounds for children, special tracks for cycling and jogging, basketball courts, tennis courts, ample space yoga and meditation, gyms for aerobics and exercise. I'm a badminton player and I am very excited to practice every day on the court being made. My parents both have heart and diabetes issues, they will be able to walk every day on the lawn as well. Huge trees are being planted here and it will give us proper ventilation.
