Good things here

It feels like a little bit of everything you need is right at your doorstep. The markets are bustling with fresh produce and everyday essentials, all within walking distance. Plus, there's a great sense of community here. There are parks nearby to relax. everything is well connected metro, buses, cabs and autos. It is also well lit and maintained, with great security. read more

There is a bit of traffic on. the roads sometimes and visitor parking might be a concern sometimes . read more

Good things here

The best society in Rohini Delhi. Most of the facilities are available in this society. I am living here since 3 years. I am satisfied with the community here. The society is well maintained with excellent amenities. The residents are so helpful and welcoming. overall a great place to live. read more

Good things here

One of the luxurious areas of Rohini is Sector 13. No problem of frequent power cuts and water logging. Spacious parking area with well maintained roads and streets. read more

Things need improvement

Thing to dislike about the area is traffic jam and overcrowding but the place offers wide variety of services at nearby like banks , schools, malls , etc. read more

Sector 13 is one of the posh areas of Rohini. Extraordinary area with all comforts. Sector 13 market nearby is a hub for everything you need from food , clothes to rashan , medicine everything read more

Things need improvement

Little bit traffic can be a issue as sector 13 connects to major other places. Rest it's all good with renowned schools nearby like Sachdeva Public school. read more

Good things here

water and electricity supply is very good here. Malls, schools and hospital are located nearby. if you want multiple choices in schools then this is the best area to live. schools like VSPK are located just backside of apartment. fruit and vegetable vendors are available just outside the gate no 1 of society. read more

Things need improvement

sometimes roads are too crowded. fruit and vegetable vendors make the situation worse. security is also a issue here. in the past few years some theft and snatching happened outside. read more
