Good things here
There are STP, RWH, Full power backup service, very responsive society management system, well connected road in front of society, gym, basket ball court, badminton court, amphitheater, temple. We have 5 borewells which provides water supply to all 196 flats in society throughout the year.
Things need improvement
Society has all necessary amenities. We have 5 borewells which supported us during water crisis. There is nothing to complain about.

Good things here
Connectivity to cabs and autos are available if we book Ola or Uber in the society. Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available reliably. Garbage collection is very good; they segregate and dispose of waste properly. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation options are available within about 400 meters from the society, making it very convenient. Bus stops are also available within about 1-2 kilometers from the society.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool access is not functional in the society; there is an issue. Maintenance charges are expensive. Parking areas are congested in the society. There are no visitor parking facilities. There are no nearby metro stations in the vicinity. Amenities should be improved in the society.

Connectivity is great; you can easily book cabs and autos within the society. The maintenance here is excellent, with reliable water facilities and power backup. Daily garbage collection keeps the area clean. The infrastructure is well-maintained, and there's plenty of greenery. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are all well-kept. There's also a dedicated area for outdoor activities. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and public transportation like buses is within walking distance. The parking area is well-managed, including a designated spot for visitors.
Things need improvement
There are no metros available in the vicinity of the city. There is some pollution around the society because there is ongoing construction in the area surrounding the society. Roads quality is also not good outside the society, causing inconvenience.

"Hospitals are conveniently located near the society for emergencies, within a distance of 1 kilometer, which is convenient. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. There is no pollution around the society. The community is very good in the society; people are very friendly and cooperative. Parking areas are very spacious in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are all available in the society. The water facility is good in the society, and power backup is also available. "
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor in the society, with many cracks on the walls. Cabs and autos are not available at every time in the society. Public transportation is also not available near the society. The railway station is far from the society, approximately 10 kilometers away. "

The spacious properties at Myhna Heights are a dream come true. With 14 floors and 196 units, there is plenty of room for everyone. The landscape garden and children's play area are added bonuses!
