Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society. Autos are available within a minute in the main area of the society. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately daily in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking is spacious; everyone has their own parking space. Security is very good, 24/7; it's a very secure place. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained in the society. It's a new building, around 5 years old only. Ventilation of the flats is very good, and the balcony space is ample with good windows for fresh air.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are far away from the society, around 2-3 kilometers, which is very inconvenient for emergencies. There are not many lifts in the society. Although there is no metro, plans for a metro are in progress. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are also far from the society, around 2 kilometers away.

People are very friendly, cooperative, and respectable in the society. The water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Hospitals are available within 500 meters from the society, and there is also a supermarket inside the society. Additionally, there is a children's hospital around 1 kilometer away from the society. Public transportation options like buses are available within 200 meters from the society, and the metro is around 1. 5 kilometers away from the society, making it very convenient. Ventilation in the flats is also very good.

The construction quality is poor; there are some external cracks in the society. Maintenance of lifts is not good in the city. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The road quality is not good in the society.

However, maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. People are very respectable and cooperative. We also celebrate every festival like a family in the society.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are not viable in the society, which is very inconvenient. The gym is not good; it's very small in the society. Hospitals are far from the society, around 3 kilometers away, which is inconvenient. Additionally, facilities are also far from the society, between 3-4 kilometers away, making it very inconvenient. Schools are also available but far, around 5-6 kilometers away from the society.

Water availability is good in the society compared to other apartments. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect daily in a participative manner. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4000 rupees per apartment in the society. There is no pollution around the society.
Things need improvement
There's no proper organization regarding parking near the society since it's a villa community. There are no specific parking arrangements. Also, there are no metro stations nearby the society. The construction quality is poor, with external leaks in the walls and some seepage issues in the bathrooms within the society.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and clubhouse are available and maintained well in the society, with reasonable maintenance charges. Public transportation like buses is available within a walking distance of 100 meters from the society. The greenery is very good, and there are a lot of parks around the society. There are also many temples like Ganesh temple, Shirdi Sai Baba temple, and others within walking distance of around 400 meters from the city. Cabs and autorickshaws are available within walking distance around the city. Festival celebrations in the society are very enjoyable.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station near any city, which is very inconvenient. Parking areas are very congested. There are some external cracks on walls and leaks; there are also seepages in bathrooms.

Water facilities are also lacking, with supply issues impacting daily chores like cooking and bathing. Frequent power cuts, coupled with unreliable backup systems, only add to the inconvenience faced by residents.

Good things here
The society is close to the village, so there's no pollution. It has good amenities like a clubhouse, pool, parks, and a play area for kids. The maintenance is good and doesn't cost much, and the buildings are well-built without any leaking problems. The water supply is excellent both for drinking and general use. The association often conducts events, cultural programs, and celebrations for all festivals.
Things need improvement
Transportation from the society is sometimes challenging due to its location near the village, with the nearest bus station being 2. 5 km away and no nearby metro access. Additionally, there are no power backup options for residents; they have to arrange their power backup.
