Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Parks and garden is also not available in the society.

Good things here
Nearby facilities include schools, hospitals, and markets. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. The housing society has many positive aspects. Connectivity is good with buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. There is a reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water. Amenities like a gym are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are security guard available for safety.
Things need improvement
The society lacks several key amenities which could enhance the living experience. There is no garden where residents can relax or children can play. Additionally, there are no clubs or community spaces where social gatherings or events can be organized. The absence of a swimming pool is a drawback for those who enjoy swimming or wish to have recreational activities within the society. There is also no dedicated play area for children, which limits outdoor activities for families with young kids. These missing amenities can be a significant disadvantage for residents looking for a more complete and engaging community environment.

Good things here
Maintenance was satisfactory with all facilities, cleanliness and proper functioning. Construction quality was satisfactory, new and good quality material was used. Residents were really helpful and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity was average with buses not being available, as there is no bus stand nearby. Cab services were very costly. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports are easily available outside the society. There is no electricity issues that are faced in the society There is a parking lot available in groud floor of the building in the society People in the society are cooperative and friendly,all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society
Things need improvement
This society is a bit congested. There's a lot of drainage issue that are faced during rainy season inside and outside the society, water logging issue prevails. The water quality received in the society is not at all good. The construction quality of this society is average, seapage leakage issues are faced randomly Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house are not available in this society There are no open spaces available, there are no parks and play ground for kids to play in the society

The society has excellent connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, and buses. Maintenance is top-notch with clean surroundings, working lifts, garbage collection, and timely issue resolution. The neighborhood is friendly with no noise issues.
Things need improvement
The construction has problems with ventilation and sunlight. There is no children play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs. There is an issue of parking too in the society as the roads inside the society are too narrow . The drainage system of the society is also not good as there is so much seepage during the rainy season inside the society .

The best part is the connectivity of the society which is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There is also good amount of parking space available in the society. Road quality and street lights are very well functional. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. All garbage collections are collected on time. I have nver faced any water supply or electricity issues in the society. The society is quite good in terms of maintainance as compared with other societies in the area. If I face any issues the society resolves it on time when complained. The flats are not conjested and proper ventilation allows sunlight and wind to enter the rooms. Elevators works properly and maintainance is done for that. CCTV cameras are installed in all parts of the society.
Things need improvement
All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. My flat has got some amount of seepage and leakage issues.

Public transport easily accessible like bus, auto, sharing rickshaw, nicely built apartment with good material, spacious room and friendly people in this area

This is not the society it is independent house and apartment here is no amenities like Gym, swiming pool club house as in the gated societies and apartment security is not as great it should be in this area very less CCTV

Living in this community is truly a blessing. I find it incredibly convenient to get around with easily available cabs and autos whenever I need them. The local carts selling fresh vegetables and groceries make shopping a breeze, and I never have to worry about water shortages thanks to the reliable water supply. What's even more special is the sense of togetherness during festivals like Holi. It's heartwarming to see everyone come together to celebrate and enjoy each other's company.
Things need improvement
I've noticed some shortcomings in terms of amenities. Unfortunately, we lack facilities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, parking area, or playground for children, which can be quite limiting, especially for families. Additionally, the construction quality leaves much to be desired, with loose walls, leaks, and plaster falling off, which can be concerning for everyone's safety and comfort. Outside the community, the lack of nearby markets means we have to rely on local vendors who set up carts for buying vegetables and other essentials. While it's convenient to have these vendors nearby, it would be beneficial to have more permanent markets for a wider variety of goods.

Additionally, the social life within the community is somewhat lacking.
