Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facility is good, and power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or damages in the society. Parking areas are very spacious in the society. There is a vibrant community atmosphere here. Security systems are very good and secure in the society. Living conditions are excellent here. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all well-maintained and accessible
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expencive in the society. Public transportation is not easily accessible. Buses are not available for convenient transportation services.

Good things here
Construction-wise, our apartment excels with two balconies optimizing space and providing excellent ventilation. Within 1 km, amenities include a play area, bus stop, grocery stores, schools, hospitals, and supermarkets. Street lights illuminate the area, and ample parking is available. Maintenance is meticulous, with daily cleaning and morning garbage collection. The lift operates smoothly, and we experience no water or power issues. Residents enjoy amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, basketball court, walking track, clubhouse, children's play area, and community hall. Surrounding residents are cooperative and engage well with each other.
Things need improvement
The road conditions in our society are poor, requiring immediate attention and maintenance to improve accessibility and comfort for all residents and visitors.

Garbage collection is efficient; they separate and dispose of waste responsibly. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area, all well-maintained and accessible. Parking areas are convenient. There is a vibrant community atmosphere here. Security measures are effective, ensuring safety. The location is convenient for accessing hospitals and other facilities within 1-2 kilometers.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues outside the society, and sometimes stray dogs can be found in the area. The traffic situation here can be inconvenient at times.

Garbage collection is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking is very convenient. There is visitor parking available. Construction quality is very good; there are no leaks or seepages in the apartments. The society is very convenient overall.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is available within a reasonable distance, approximately 1-2 kilometers, making it convenient. Maintenance should be improved in the society. There is also a need to enhance the greenery in the society.
