I'm truly grateful for the seamless connectivity offered by various public transport options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs just a short distance away from our society. The convenience of having markets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby adds a lot of comfort to our daily routines. The well-kept roads and street lights ensure safe travels, even after dark. What impresses me most about our society is the diligent maintenance and cleanliness standards, with regular garbage collection ensuring a clean environment. Inside my flat, I'm delighted with the thoughtful design that provides proper ventilation and ample sunlight in every room, making it a truly comfortable living space. The sturdy construction of our buildings ensures that issues like seepage and leakage are non-existent. Furthermore, the warm camaraderie among fellow residents and our collective celebrations of festivals and events foster a strong sense of community. With a reliable security setup, including vigilant security guards and functional CCTV cameras, I feel secure at all times. The hassle-free availability of amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and club house, along with the smooth functioning lifts and ample parking space, further elevate our living experience. And as a pet lover, I'm thrilled to be part of a pet-friendly community that embraces our furry friends with open arms.

The poorly constructed roads in our area are a significant headache during rush hours, often leading to frustrating traffic jams. These congestion issues create delays and inconvenience for commuters, making it challenging to navigate through the area smoothly. Despite the accessibility of nearby amenities and public transport options, the persistent traffic situation greatly disrupts our daily routines and adds unnecessary stress to our lives.

I'm fortunate to live in a society that excels in every aspect, especially with well-maintained parks and spacious surroundings. Connectivity is a breeze here, with autos, buses, and cabs easily accessible just outside. Properly functioning street lights ensure safety and visibility at all times. Parking is ample and allotted to all residents, eliminating any parking woes. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants make daily errands convenient. The society boasts excellent amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area, all impeccably maintained. Well-ventilated rooms contribute to a comfortable living environment. Additional staircases provide convenient access throughout the society. CCTV surveillance adds to our sense of security Proper maintenance ensures that both lifts are always in good working order. cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld. Timely garbage collection, including separate collection of wet and dry waste, is part of the routine. Residents come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals. Fortunately, we don't face any waterlogging issues in the vicinity of the society.
Things need improvement
Roads were narrow earlier and traffic issues are faced around the society, recently service lane has been made and comparitively situation is better now. Water fittings are quite old for which leakage issues arise time to time. Seepage issues are also quite a lot that happens in the society.

Additionally, the reliance on tanker water for the society's water supply is a notable drawback, highlighting the need for a more reliable water source directly from the corporation. Furthermore, the poor connectivity of the society poses challenges for residents, with limited access to public transport such as autos, buses, or cabs, necessitating longer travel distances for transportation needs.

Good things here
Maintenance of our society is the biggest plus point for me. We celebrate all festivals very well, and any issues that arise are resolved in no time. I'm fully satisfied with the earthing system; it's up to the mark. Overall, everything in the society is top-notch from my perspective. We have all the facilities we need, and CCTV cameras are installed for security. The people here are friendly and cooperative, and maintenance is always up to the mark. I don't have any issues or complaints.
Things need improvement
There was a leakage issue in the society, and although there is a swimming pool available, unfortunately, we have no access to it due to maintenance issues.

Local transport like auto and buses are easily accessible from the society. market, restaurant. schools and colleges are near by the society. up till now, not have faced any construction related issues like leakage or bad plaster etc.

Good things here
Connectivity was good,local transort were easily available. There was no water logging and traffic issues around the society. Society was top notch in maintainence and lift were perfectly working and all the modern amenities were present in the society. crowd of the people is good and no discrimination between owners and tenants. No extra charges for tenants to use any of the amenities.
Things need improvement
Parking space was not covered and allocated in open space so due to which vehicles gets damaged,that was problematic sometimes. There was no allocated visitors parking in the society.

Crowd of the people is good ,friendly and understanding. All the modern amenities are present in the society and fullly functional. Society has good security staff at entrance and each person being verified on the entrace,proper garbage disposible system was there.
Things need improvement
Public transport like local railway station and bus stand are no near by the society. Whole building is not under cctv survilance ,cctv was only on entrance and basement.
