Good things here
Maintenance is generally good here in our society. I haven't heard of any issues regarding garbage collection, and even occasional power cuts are promptly addressed through generator provision, ensuring that our daily routines aren't disrupted. One of the things I really appreciate is the convenient access to public transportation, which makes commuting a lot easier. It's reassuring to know that parking allotment isn't an issue either, as there's ample space available for residents, reducing any parking-related stress. I'm also pleased to note that we don't have to deal with seepage and leakage issues, which means we can enjoy a dry and comfortable living environment. While there may be some cleanliness concerns, I've noticed efforts being made to maintain a clean society, which definitely contributes to a pleasant living atmosphere. In terms of security, I feel quite safe here. The measures in place, including gate app access and the absence of a broker app, enhance safety and security within the community. And of course, having access to amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse areas is a real plus. It provides great recreational opportunities for both residents and their children, adding to the overall quality of life here in our society.
Things need improvement
Occasionally, hygiene issues in the swimming pool and clubhouse areas may detract from residents' enjoyment of these facilities. It's important to address these concerns promptly to ensure that everyone can fully utilize and enjoy these recreational spaces. Additionally, the somewhat secluded nature of the neighborhood may lead to feelings of isolation for some residents. Encouraging more social interaction and community events could further alleviate feelings of isolation and enhance the overall sense of belonging for residents.

I'm grateful for the provision of sufficient parking space in our residential complex, which includes podium, open parking, and basements. The tradition of celebrating events together is something I truly value, as it fosters a strong sense of community among residents. These communal gatherings create opportunities for interaction and bonding, enhancing the overall living experience in our society. Furthermore, I appreciate the improved connectivity in our locality, including road access, which enhances residents' convenience for commuting and transportation.
Things need improvement
I'm disappointed by the below-average maintenance standards observed in our society, which may stem from a lack of general agreement among residents regarding payment and responsibilities. Additionally, I'm concerned about past water crisis situations, indicating potential issues with water supply management. The inadequate security measures at the main gate, including malfunctioning gate apps and lack of interconnectivity, are disappointing and raise concerns about the safety of the society. Furthermore, the absence of a Resident Welfare Association (RWA) and apex bodies is concerning, as these entities play a vital role in addressing residents' concerns and effectively managing the township. I'm disappointed by the lack of proactive measures taken to address issues promptly, such as guard-related issues near parking areas. Lastly, I'm concerned that the maintenance fee may not be justified if services are not being adequately provided or met.

Living in my society is truly a pleasant experience, with a host of conveniences and amenities that contribute to a comfortable lifestyle. The connectivity is excellent, with various public transportation options easily accessible, as well as nearby shops, supermarkets, and restaurants catering to daily needs. The proximity of good schools and malls adds to the convenience, while having the metro nearby offers even more accessibility for longer trips. Additionally, ample parking space for personal vehicles, along with a well-maintained drainage system and regular garbage collection, ensures a hassle-free living experience. I'm glad to hear that water supply and electricity are reliable, with no issues encountered. The presence of lifts, proper security measures including CCTV, and additional facilities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area further enhance the quality of life within the society. there's a strong sense of community among residents, with friendly and cooperative neighbors and a tradition of celebrating cultural events and festivals together. Having walking and jogging tracks within the society provides opportunities for fitness and recreation while fostering a sense of belonging.
Things need improvement
Leakage problems in bathroom is there, which can be improved. Followed by seepage in the buildings. The construction quality is very average. Water leakage in bathroom.

Good things here
The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The residents are very good; they have a helping nature and are cooperative. There are no quarrels. Festivals are celebrated together. Auto-rickshaws are available nearby, and the roads outside the society are good.
Things need improvement
There is heavy traffic near the society during the evening and morning rush hours, requiring residents to leave for work as early as 9 a. m. if they need to be at the office by 11 a. m. The gym is not operational, and the swimming pool is only available for children during the summer. The garden is small. Many buildings have experienced seepage and cracks, particularly on the outer side, as they are 10 years old. During the rainy season, heavy rain enters the flat through the balcony, necessitating balcony covers. Some flats do not have allocated parking spaces, and there is no designated parking for two-wheelers, leading to haphazard parking. Visitor parking is not available, and there is a significant mosquito problem in the society.

Good things here
I was living in the society 6 months back. back then connectivity of the society was good mainly because of its location. cabs and autos were easily available. till that time there were no issues like water logging and seepage. the construction quality of the buildings was good and they used to keep the society neat and clean. . a well-maintained swimming pool, gym, and a clubhouse were there in the society.
Things need improvement
Back then metro was not available near the society and public buses were also not available. Sometimes there are water supply issues, especially in summers.

Good things here
The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity and everything is developed now, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The society is kept clean, hygine is maintained properly. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The construction quality is good, seepage and leakage isuues are not faced in the society. There are no such water logging issues. amenities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
Outside the society traffic issues are faced. swimmingpool is not available in the society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with ola and Uber being available within 5 minutes. Hospitals and schools are also available nearby. Maintenance is fine with proper cleanliness. Construction quality is fine. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available nearby. The neighborhood is decent. People generally don't celebrate festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
There is no negative point or dislike in my society.

Good things here
This society is located on main road so the connectivity is just excellent regarding every facilities. maintenance is quite good lifts are well maintained,housekeeping staff is working on time ,proper garbage collection in the society. good security system in the society like all the areas are cctv coverd. Build quality is good,seepage issues are not there in the society.
Things need improvement
This is small society so there areno as such amenities in the apartment. There is traffic issues around the apartment. Allocated parking space is only for those who had purchse it with units otherwise open parking for all.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options. Schools are also available nearby. The maintenance quality of the society is fine with regular cleaning and garbage collection. The construction quality is also fine with ventilated flats. There is a fire exit. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained.
Things need improvement
The roads are not in good condition with no street lights. Hospitals are not present close by. There are some Seepage issues.
