Good things here
The efficient maintenance of the society, including timely garbage collection and thorough cleaning, ensures a clean and hygienic environment for residents to live in. all amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and green spaces are well-kept, providing opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The friendly atmosphere and good interactions between residents contribute to a sense of community and belonging, making it a pleasant place to live. The excellent connectivity, with easy access to autos, buses, cabs, a nearby metro station, and market, further enhances the convenience and accessibility of the area.
Things need improvement
One aspect that stands out is the construction quality, which I believe is not up to the mark. I've noticed issues like plaster peeling off, which I suspect are due to the use of low-quality materials. It's concerning because these problems can lead to maintenance issues and affect the overall aesthetic of the buildings. Another area that could be improved is the shortage of parking space in the society. This has been a source of inconvenience for me, especially with ongoing construction inside the society. Finding parking can be a hassle, and it's something that I believe needs to be addressed to enhance the overall living experience for everyone.

Good things here
Public transport facilities are very frequent, we easily get autos, metros, cabs etc. No major issues have been faced regarding the public transport facilities. The maintenance of the society has no loopholes - the society is clean, hygiene has always been a top most priority in this society. During Rainy seasons problems like water logging never comes.
Things need improvement
One problem that is associated with the connectivity of the society is Metro station is not nearby. Then there has been a lot of traffic on the roads at office timimgs. Problems like leakage and seepage exists in the sociery that needs to be taken care of. Gyms and clubhouses are under construction from a long time. Another area of concern is that people don't celebrate the festivals like much of the festivals together, society should organise cultural events and festivals to enhance the sense of belongingness and bondings among the people.

Good things here
Apart from connectivity, everything in the society is good. All amenities are available, and there is a market nearby as well. The place is clean and well-maintained. The society's maintenance team is very active; any issues raised are promptly resolved.
Things need improvement
there's a slight issue with connectivity as the metro is 10-12 kilometers away, and it's not easy to find cabs. The metro project has been planned nearby but hasn't been completed yet.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Parking space is available. Paintings are done on time in the common areas if required. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Buses are not available outside the society. Metro is a bit far from the society. Wall quality could have been better. Swimmingpool will be operational after March generally after Holi.

The society faces some challenges with connectivity, especially regarding access to essential services like hospitals and schools. Booking cabs may also require some patience due to the limited availability.

Good things here
The construction quality was excellent, with spacious and well-designed rooms and no issues reported. Allocated parking was available for owners, and all festivals were celebrated in the society. There was a high-security system with CCTV surveillance in all areas and guards at each entrance. Additionally, modern amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids play area were available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Getting around was tough because there weren't many autos or cabs, and even the railway station and buses were hard to find. Plus, if you wanted to use the swimming pool or gym, you had to pay extra as a tenant.

During my stay, I didn't encounter many problems. There were no issues with seepage, and public transportation, markets, schools, and hospitals were all conveniently located nearby. The construction of the roads was good; they were neither broken nor narrow. Maintenance services were provided on time.
Things need improvement
During my time in the society, there were no amenities available. However, in my experience, I didn't feel that there were any issues or a need for further improvement there.

Ola and Uber were readily available, although the metro wasn't nearby and autos were less common. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were well-maintained, and the building construction was impressive with no wall plaster issues. The cleanliness was always a priority, and the society ensured it was well-maintained. Moreover, families were the primary residents, creating a friendly environment without any bachelor occupants.
Things need improvement
When I left three years ago, there was an issue with the generator. Occasionally, we experienced power outages lasting 2-5 hours, happening about once a month.
