Good things here

Power backup facilities were available in the society, and a gas pipeline had been installed. Cleanliness was well maintained. In terms of security, CCTVs were installed in all areas, and guards were stationed at the entrance. The overall ambiance of the society was really great. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, park, garden, kids' play area, and clubhouse were available and very well maintained by the maintenance team. The build quality was excellent, with no problems regarding leakage or seepage in the society. Balconies were attached to the rooms, which were quite spacious and properly ventilated. All festival functions were celebrated in the society. There was 24x7 water and energy supply available. Allocated parking for owners and visitors was available in the society, with each flat having one parking space.

Things need improvement

One of the major drawbacks of this society, in my opinion, was the transportation facility. The society was located about 1 km from the main connecting road, making it difficult to access autos and cabs. Ola and Uber were not easily approachable at that time. Occasionally, an auto might be nearby, but generally, public and local transport facilities were not easily accessible. Another significant drawback was the use of recycled water for watering processes, which caused a smelly atmosphere. Additionally, the water supplied by the building was not hot, likely due to rust deposits on the taps. These problems were consistent. Biometrics were not available for security, and there were extra charges for using the amenities in the society. Each flat had only one parking slot, and if additional parking was needed, it had to�be�purchased.

Children can enjoy recreational activities like basketball, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere. Festivals are joyfully celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of togetherness among residents who are known for their friendliness and cooperation. With CCTVs installed in all areas and vigilant guards stationed at each entrance, residents can feel secure in their environment. In summary, it is a safe and hygienic place to call home.

Things need improvement

One significant drawback of this society is its transportation issue. Public transport is not easily accessible, necessitating residents to rely on their own vehicles for transportation within the society. Furthermore, the absence of a PMC water connection means residents must depend on tanker water, which is hard and not suitable for drinking. Additionally, the limited hours of the society gate, from 8 AM to 8 PM, affect road development within the society. The lack of fire exit features further compounds safety concerns for residents.

Cleanliness and hygiene standards are rigorously maintained, with garbage efficiently segregated and collected. Moreover, a vibrant social life prevails, characterized by friendly and cooperative interactions among residents, who come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Electricity issues are rare, and power backup is available when needed. Parking facilities are provided, contributing to residents' convenience. Furthermore, the society offers a range of well-maintained amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, enriching the overall living experience for residents.

Accessing public transportation can be challenging for residents, as there are no bus or auto services available near the society. Additionally, while a metro station is under construction nearby, it is not yet operational. Unfortunately, the buildings in the society suffer from seepage and leakage issues, indicating average construction quality. This can be concerning for residents and may require attention to prevent further damage.

No waterlogging issues within the society thanks to a well-maintained drainage system. Various amenities available including a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids. Friendly and cooperative community members who celebrate cultural festivals and events together. Timely garbage collection services. No issues with mobile network connectivity within the society.

All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The society looks beautiful and clean. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. There is sufficient parking, and the lifts are well-maintained. There have been no issues with power cuts.

Things need improvement

Public transport was not easily available, and cab services didn't come frequently either. The roads near the society were in poor condition, leading to many accidents, including one involving myself. There were issues with seepage in the flats. Restrictions were imposed on using amenities. Tenants were not treated well, and the behavior of office staff and managers was unacceptable. The quality of drinking water was bad. The atmosphere of the society was unpleasant. Even now, children from other societies are chased away if they try to play in the garden.

The quality of construction was excellent, with well-designed buildings, compounds, and flats. Maintenance facilities were also top-notch. All the amenities like gym, kids play area, senior citizen walking area, and swimming pool were available and well-maintained, contributing to a neat and clean environment. The society had lots of open space, making the surroundings beautiful and peaceful. Social interactions were good, with each building having its own group that coordinated frequent festivals in the society. There was a high-security system with CCTV surveillance covering all areas, and allocated parking spaces were available.

Connectivity was lacking as transportation wasn't easily accessible within 500 meters. Additionally, the society didn't have a BMC water connection, so residents had to arrange their own mineral water supply for drinking. The water used in toilets was recycled and often dirty and stinky, making the atmosphere unhygienic to live in.

Good things here

Local transport facilities and ola,uber were available near by the society. Build quality was excllent as the nyati builder is one of the best builder in that area and there are zero issues regarding the quality of the construction. Most of the residents there belongs to army so the security there really tight and strick which was constantly keeps on changing to enhace safety. All the festivals were celebrated there and socialism was really good. It was wonderful living experience in that society. All the modern amenities were available in the society and highly maintained.

The water they are using is hard water supply so there is issues regarding drinking water and they use tanker facilties as well which automatially increses maintenance charges. All the water use in wash basin in recycled and used in flush of the toilet that is good part but that water stincks alot and unpleasant the atmosphere. Tenats has to buy membership to use even single amenities in the society.

Good things here

If you book Ola or Uber, you can easily get them from the society. There is no traffic near the society. Garbage collection happens daily, and cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24*7. Power backup is provided by the society for the entire building. The lifts are well-maintained. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. Parking is sufficient for residents and visitors in the society. The residents are good. All modern amenities are available.
