Good things here
Everything is amazing, The connectivity is excellent, and maintenance is always up to the mark. The construction quality is impressive, and the amenities provided are more than adequate. The neighborhood is also very friendly and peaceful.
Things need improvement
No issues at all. Living conditions are excellent, with everything running smoothly. People are satisfied with their experience, making this a wonderful place to call home.

garden, play area, club house, swimming pool. opposite R city Mall which is best for shopping, restaurants and movies.
Things need improvement
Metro construction is going on but is major portion of work in kalapataru area is completed. by next year metro commute to any part of mumbai is at your doorstep.

this society was at prime location near by transport facilities were available,and the best part were amenities of this society like club house and swimming pool and other as well

The society is known for its cleanliness and hygiene standards, which contribute to a pleasant living environment. The residents of Kalpataru are considered the best part of the community, known for their friendly and kind nature.
Things need improvement
Amenities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi need better maintenance, with the jacuzzi being non-functional for years. It's concerning that the society has not addressed this issue. Furthermore, the managing committee's habit of delaying projects, especially significant ones, is an area that needs improvement.

Society is very peaceful and build quality is good,all the people are educated and surrounding is good ,connectivity of the apartment is good .people over here are from high middle income so maintainaince is also reasonable .
Things need improvement
They should adopt rain harvesting in the society as well and sometimes there is issue regarding guest parking in the society

Everything is great here like atmosphere club house ,swimming pool and resident . this society is very well maintained .

There are lots of regulation for the residence of this society like we cant put our slippers outside the flat and do so we have to pay fine
