Good things here

Auto cabs are readily available, and the metro station is just 1 km away from the society. There are multiple schools and hospitals nearby, along with a local market. The society enjoys 24x7 water and electricity supply and has a robust security system with guards available round-the-clock and CCTV surveillance in all areas. Daily garbage collection ensures cleanliness is maintained. There are two well-maintained lifts in the society that receive regular servicing. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals together. The maintenance charges are reasonable considering the amenities and services�provided.

Things need improvement

Based on my experience in this society, the maintenance is quite poor, requiring us to continuously follow up for basic needs and repairs. The build quality is subpar, with widespread issues of leakage and seepage throughout the building. These internal problems persist without resolution, and owners bear the costs for repairs since the maintenance team does not address internal issues. Basement leakages add to residents' inconvenience. Parking is a major concern due to insufficient space and lack of allocated parking, leading to disagreements among residents. This basic society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool or clubhouse; only elevators�are�available. One issue in the society is that there is only one DJ (presumably referring to a diesel generator or backup power system) available, which is not sufficient for all the flats. This leads to inconvenience during power cuts. Additionally, the registry of the building is still pending and needs to�be�completed.

Good things here

I love living here because the connectivity is excellent. Public transport, including buses, autos, and cabs, is easily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, adding to the convenience. The construction quality is superb with no termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. Each resident has designated parking, and all rules are followed. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is conducted efficiently. The electricity and water supply are reliable. There is a play area available for children. The neighbors are very nice, friendly, and supportive, which makes a huge difference. The elevators are installed and well-maintained. Security is strong with CCTV cameras and guards always present.

Things need improvement

There is a seepage problem that needs attention. The only amenity available is the play area, and it would be great to have more amenities like those in surrounding societies, such as a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and park.

The quality of roads outside the society was excellent, and there were no traffic issues in the vicinity. Local transport facilities were easily accessible nearby. The society enjoyed 24x7 water and electricity supply. Cleanliness was well-maintained with daily garbage collection. Cultural events and programs were regularly celebrated within the society. The maintenance team was proactive in addressing daily challenges within�the�society.

The metro station is quite far from the society, approximately a 30-minute distance. The society consists of multiple towers, and during my stay, the project was still under construction. Therefore, amenities promised as part of the project were not yet delivered. Additionally, the project is under the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and the handover of the project by the builder is�still�pending.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society was excellent, with easily accessible public transport facilities nearby. Essential amenities were also readily available in the vicinity. Maintenance standards were commendable, with daily cleaning routines ensuring cleanliness. The security system in place was effective, providing a sense of safety within the society. Furthermore, the build quality of the infrastructure was satisfactory, with no reported issues of leakage or structural weaknesses, including strong and�sturdy�walls.

During my time in that society, most of the buildings were still under construction, resulting in the absence of amenities such as a kids' play area, gym, or clubhouse. Additionally, residents seemed preoccupied with their own lives, leading to poor social interaction within�the�community.

Since the Apartment Owners Association hasn't been formed yet, maintenance of the society remains in the hands of the builder, who may not be adequately maintaining it. Additionally, the society is far from the metro area, and there are no modern amenities available. With the building being 7-8 years old, issues like seepage are starting to arise.

Good things here

Neighbours are the best as mentioned by the POC. They are helpful and cooperative. Connectivity is good. Lifts and CCTV camera are installed.

Things need improvement

No swimming pool, gym and clubhouses are available in the society. Seepage, leakage and water logging is very common in the society.
