Good things here
This society is ideal for living, with both a school and hospital located within a 1km radius. It offers added convenience with paddy cars available for elderly residents and children who need assistance getting to their buses on time. Additionally, there is a central park featuring small huts for relaxation, along with an open gym for residents to use. These amenities contribute to a comfortable and inclusive living environment within the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality was initially a concern due to visible seepage and minor construction issues. However, the management has addressed these issues effectively and resolves them promptly.

The connectivity in our area is exceptional, providing reliable access to various services and amenities. Cleanliness standards are consistently high, contributing to a pleasant and hygienic living environment for residents. Additionally, there are no concerns regarding internet connectivity.
Things need improvement
Seepage issues during monsoons are a common occurrence in our society. The neighbors are generally average in terms of interaction and community involvement.

Connectivity is good in the area, with reliable internet services available. The residents are cooperative, contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Additionally, there is no pollution in the vicinity.

Water logging is a major issue in the area outside our society. I also face problems with mobile network connectivity. As for CCTV cameras, I'm not sure if our society has them installed.

Loccation is very good. nearby markets also on walking distance. public transport easy to catch.

Maintenance is very poor,like water,power supply is disturbed suddenly. we are survive without those resorces.

Auto and cabs available outside the society, great connectivity of bus stand and building condition is also good in this society.

The metro connectivity is not so good, metro station is 7km far away from the society,

24/7 power and water backup is avialable. connectivity is very easy. all the amenitis services is here.

Covid se pehle rehta tha waha. Maintenance toh theek tha society ka. Gym, garden, clubhouse sab hai society mein. Greenery acchi hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Connectivity mein issue tha, public transport nahi milta tha . Construction quality acchi nahi hai, sookhi cement daalke banadiya hai, kisi ne theek se supervise nahi kiya hai. Drill karte hain ghar mein toh cement nikalta hai sookhi, construction theek se nahi hua hai.

Location is very good,also connectivity is nice, all the public transport are easy to catch.amenitis are hre.

For metro you have to 4-5 km away and for railway you have to go Noida station .
