The society offers a comfortable and convenient living experience. Nearby schools, hospitals, and markets make essential services easily accessible. Each resident has designated parking, ensuring orderly and secure vehicle storage. Our community is well-connected with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the well-maintained roads facilitate smooth travel. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation helps keep the area clean and hygienic. Elevators provide easy access to all floors, and we benefit from a reliable 24/7 electricity and water supply. The buildings are well-constructed, with no termite issues and proper ventilation for a healthy living environment. Safety is a priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring the community remains secure at all times.
Things need improvement
Painting is not done on time, affecting the appearance and maintenance of the buildings. There is no power backup, causing inconvenience during outages, and I believe having a power backup is essential. The elevators frequently go out of service, frustrating residents. Persistent seepage issues lead to potential damage and discomfort. The lack of modern amenities like a gym or clubhouse limits recreational options. Security is compromised because CCTV cameras are not installed in all areas. Additionally, neighbors are often uncooperative and unfriendly, as they are busy with their own lives. Addressing these concerns would significantly improve the living experience in the society.

Near the society, there were local transport facilities and a local market for convenience. Ample parking space was provided for both owners and visitors within the society. Safety features included fire exits, a fire station, and firefighting equipment. General security was ensured with guards at the entrance and CCTV surveillance throughout the areas. Security apps were also used for additional safety measures. The society enjoyed continuous 24-hour water and electricity supply. There was a cooperative atmosphere, and no discrimination was observed between owners and tenants within�the�society.
Things need improvement
The metro station was not located near the society. Occasionally, there were issues with the infrastructure development and build quality. However, upon raising complaints with the maintenance team, they promptly addressed and resolved these issues. When I lived there two years ago, all amenities were still under construction, so I am not aware of their current status. Overall, apart from these aspects, everything else in the society was perfect during�my�time�there.

Additionally, the absence of electricity issues contributes to a comfortable living environment. The high construction quality of the buildings, coupled with the availability of balconies, ensures that common issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are not a concern. With a robust security system in place, including security guards and CCTV surveillance, I feel safe and secure in my surroundings. Overall, it's a great place to call home.

While there are certainly some amenities and conveniences missing in our society, such as nearby malls, hospitals, and recreational facilities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse, it's important to acknowledge the positive aspects of our living situation. However, the lack of nearby amenities and cultural events can be disappointing. It may require residents to explore other areas for entertainment, fitness, and healthcare needs.

Good things here
There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Hospitals are nearby the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Elevators are well maintained. Overall the neighborhood is fine and people are good.

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is 2 kms away from the society. seepage and leakage issues are very common. The construction quality is average. There are no amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play in the society. Parks are very small, not that useful.

Market areas were available nearby for basic necessities. Construction quality of the society was satisfactory with well made infrastructure.
Things need improvement
Public transport options like e rickshaws were not available near the society, had to depend heavily on ola and uber, making the connectivity very poor. The balconies were very congested and not of any use. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. There was no interaction with the people in the society.

The society remains clean, with garbage collection taking place daily. The residents are good-natured and cooperative. The maintenance staff proves efficient and competent in their duties. Amenities like a garden, park, and clubhouse exist in the society. Parking is open and has ample space. Security is robust, with approvals for outsiders obtained through security apps before allowing them inside.
Things need improvement
Auto-rickshaws are not available nearby. The drinking water provided is hard, as the society has not installed a water purifier. There is no gym or swimming pool. There is an issue with leakage and seepage near the bathroom.

The construction quality of the buildings is superb, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Knowing that there's a robust security system with security guards and CCTV cameras provides peace of mind. Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate to call this society my home, as it offers everything
