Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are conveniently located outside the society. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with public transport options such as auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs available within walking distance. The society is consistently well-maintained and clean, with proper hygiene standards upheld. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the premises, contributing to a good security system. Additionally, security guards are present to ensure safety. Lifts in the society are available and maintained properly. Residents are friendly and cooperative, fostering a harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in the society. During the rainy season, issues like seepage and leakage are prevalent.

The society faces significant challenges related to its construction quality, with issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems prevalent. Moreover, the absence of guest parking within the society adds to the inconvenience for visitors, potentially causing accessibility issues. Additionally, the negative aspect of understanding and good landlords implies difficulties in landlord-tenant relationships.

Good things here
The construction of the building in this soc is quite good as i don't face any issues regarding seepage, cracks, water supply or electricity supply. The maintenance is also good here with proper cleanliness and lift facilities. People here are good and engaging. neighbourhood here is quite good, we play games together and also celebrate various festivals.
Things need improvement
Metro station is quite far away from the society, sometimes, we face difficulties in getting autos and cabs there. There are no gyms, swimming pools or club house available in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Metro station is available near the society. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative. Airport is just 1 hour distance from the society. There is a mall connected with the society.
Things need improvement
CCTV cameras are installed but it does not work properly Lifts are available but that also creates problem sometimes in the towers. Maintainance of the society is not good. The maintainance needs to be improved. seepage and leakage issues happen a lot in the society, The construction quality is not good. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available and these are not functional in the society. Parking has a major issue in this society.

Good things here
Connectivity theek hai society ka, aas paas ke area se connection acha hai. All things are available. Roads wagera theek hain society ke aas paas. Balconies hain society ke flats mein. Security guards & CCTV Cameras are there in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges bohot zyada hai society mein, yahi main problem hai. Kuch khaas accha exterior painting nahi hota hai society mein. Lifts bhi mostly kharab hi rehti hai.

Good things here
Maintainence and cleanliness of the society iss great. Swimming pools, gym,cctv camera and lift are available. Painting is done frequenty. No issue of seepage or water logging. People are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Nearest metro station is around 9 kms away from the society. People have to take e-rickshaws or auto to reach the metro station. It becomes promblemic for the residents

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society Mobile network issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society, but recent renovations are done. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Swimmingpool is available but it is not functional. Maintainance cost was very high Parking was not fixed and dedicated parking space is not alloted to the residents, people used to park their cars whereever they wanted which created chaos.

The parking lot area is good connectivity is good and better .people in the neighbourhood live very well together.

The tds of water was very high around 2000-2500. there was seepage problem in the buildings . painting not done on time.the water drainage system is very old and poor.

Good things here
Best part about this society is connectivity as there is metro near by the society even the local transport facilities are easily available near by the society. Security is good as now they are using intercom and cctv facilities. Rooms are pretty spacious and well designed attached with big balcony. Al the festivals are celebrated in the society and people over here are good and friendly.
Things need improvement
This is just small and standard living society there are no luxuries amenities and facilties in the society. Build quality is average and there are issues like leakage and pest control and even landlors dont raise issue to the management. maintenace is so poor one small garden is there but not clean and maintained. Areas is noicy and disturbing all the time traffic issues are there around the society,parking areas is limited and small tenants cant park if owners is using one slot of parking.
