Good things here
The security in the society is reliable, ensuring safety for children. Various amenities are available within the community, including a swimming pool, two table tennis facilities, a 3000 square foot clubhouse, a community hall, a basketball court, a kids' play area, a walking track, and a garden. The residents are helpful and celebrate festivals together, fostering a sense of community. Situated in a prime location, essential facilities such as bus stops, metro stations, shopping malls, schools, restaurants, theaters, and ATMs are within 500 meters. The road functions properly, and ample parking space is provided. Maintenance is excellent, with frequent garbage collection and well-maintained elevators. Continuous water and electricity supply are ensured, with no cracks on walls and good ventilation throughout the floors.
Things need improvement
Outside the community, street lights are not functioning properly, leading to reduced visibility and safety concerns for residents and pedestrians navigating through the area during nighttime.

Good things here
Water facilities are very good, operating smoothly 24/7 compared to other apartments. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, football court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. People in the society are very friendly and cooperative. Garbage collection is excellent, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Additionally, there is a designated visitor parking area in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance of around 200 meters from the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive, around 4500 rupees. Schools are located approximately 2 kilometers away from the society. Additionally, the metro station is also quite far from the society, around 2 kilometers. There is also a traffic issue on the main road outside the society. These factors should be considered for the convenience and planning of residents within the society.

Connectivity in the society is excellent; booking cabs with Ola and Uber is very convenient. Maintenance is top-notch with excellent water facilities and reliable power backup. The construction quality is also very good, with no issues of seepage or leaks. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The parking area is spacious, and there is designated visitor parking as well. Public transportation options like buses are easily accessible within walking distance. The metro is also within 1-2 kilometers, making commuting very convenient. People in the society are friendly and welcoming, adding to the community feel.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, which might be a concern for residents. Additionally, traffic issues outside the society, particularly during evening hours, can be inconvenient.

Additionally, grocery supermarkets are conveniently located within walking distance, adding to the overall convenience of the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation options such as bus routes are available but are a bit distant from the society, approximately 4-5 kilometers away. Additionally, there are traffic issues within the society itself.

The community offers excellent connectivity to big shopping malls, supermarkets, and international schools within a 1km radius, with well-maintained roads facilitating easy travel. Transportation facilities are top-notch, featuring readily available cab services and nearby bus stops. Premium amenities such as a departmental store, sand park, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and sports facilities including a badminton court, basketball play area, and cricket pitches are provided, along with a temple within the community. Maintenance is superb, with regular garbage collection and impeccable cleanliness upheld.
Things need improvement
Society is entirely occupied, resulting in overcrowding, and there is a need to enhance the maintenance of green spaces.

Good things here
The community's construction was completed approximately six years ago, so most of the buildings are new and have never faced any issues related to seepage. There are around 278 families residing here, and all the people are very friendly, often coming together to celebrate festivals grandly. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with numerous schools, multi-specialty hospitals, and tech parks conveniently located within a radius of 600 meters to 1 kilometer. Well-maintained amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, and indoor game facilities are available.
Things need improvement
The only problem here is traffic congestion near the community, due to its prime location surrounded by numerous tech parks and shopping malls.

Good things here
The society benefits from good quality roads and minimal traffic congestion nearby. All amenities are in excellent working condition, and there's a vibrant atmosphere with festivals celebrated together. The sense of community is strong.
Things need improvement
Some buildings in the society are around 15 years old, leading to leakage and seepage issues in those apartments. Additionally, there is no provision for power backup facilities in individual apartments; connections are only provided to common areas.
