Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available from here. Construction of building is good. there is no leakage issues. Surroundings of people are good and well mannered. Here we can breath fresh air. good place for nature lovers and to whom loves peace of mind.
Things need improvement
There is some traffic problem to reach the society. Sometimes there is a parking issues during festival due to entry of lot of people

Good things here
The road quality is fine. The maintenance quality is good with regular cleaning. The water and electricity supply is provided 24/7. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and termites. The ventilation is proper and satisfactory. Amenities include a play area for kids. Common area paintings are done timely. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. People living as residents are cooperative in nature. They all Celebrate all the festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
The transportation connectivity near the society is average, as the main road is quite distant. The road is narrow and single. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society as it's a small space area.

Good things here
Living in this housing society is quite nice. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. Maintenance is very good, keeping everything in order. The construction is solid and reliable. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. I'm happy with my living experience here.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities at all, which is disappointing. While the connectivity is excellent and maintenance is handled well, the lack of amenities is a major drawback. The construction is solid and the neighborhood is friendly, but the absence of facilities like a garden or play area makes it less enjoyable.

Good things here
Ventilation is fine, security is good, and cabs and autos are available just outside the society. The community celebrates all festivals together, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
Parking is limited with no reserved guest parking. There are electricity problems, and the only amenities are a swimming pool, gym, and play area. Additionally, there is no lift.

The complex is good having all types of facilities in a nearby distance. The complex has 1 BHK apartment where you can have great infrastructure with all types of communication available.Great place for living.

The complex is located in a good place where you can have all types of facilities such as good hospitals like Kaushal's Dental Care, Ridgeway Dental Spa and Hinjewadi Hospital . You can have everything here.
