Good things here
The connectivity here is exceptional; schools, the market area, and daily essential shops are all close to the society, making life convenient. Maintenance is top-notch, with the society always kept clean and hygienic. There are no problems with seepage or leakage in the buildings or individual houses. Plus, the residents are educated and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are on the higher side in the society, they are justified by the well-maintained amenities. All necessary facilities are provided within the society. However, public transport options are located a bit far from the society.

Good things here
Transportation options like cabs and auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby. The metro station is just a stone's throw away from the neighborhood, and hospitals and schools are conveniently located within a short distance.
Things need improvement
This area often experiences traffic congestion, and there aren't any top-notch hospitals nearby. The parks are also lacking in maintenance, and the neighbors aren't particularly friendly.

The society enjoys a pollution-free environment, and residents are cooperative and friendly. Additionally, cabs and buses are easily available, ensuring convenient transportation options for everyone.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool in the society is currently not functional, and unfortunately, there is no metro station near the society. Residents need to travel to reach the nearest metro station.

Good things here
You will love the society if you are into fun amenities such as a swimming pool and multiple sports centers. You can say the society market has almost everything available within the society doors.
Things need improvement
The maintenance staff in the flats are incompetent, with sloppy workmanship and half-hearted attempts to address residents' concerns, resulting in repeated repairs and ongoing issues.

Good things here
Great location and peaceful too, it is close to everything I need but is yet still very quiet and nice inside. The flats are also very big, in terms of space and storage.
Things need improvement
The security of the flats is compromised, with frequent reports of vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity in and around the building, making residents feel unsafe in their own homes.

Good things here
ATS Dolce offers a lot of spacious flats, perfect for families! Plus, the layout is great, so you won't feel cramped here. The society has many entry gates and also a safe and secure arrangement for guest entry.
Things need improvement
The management of the flats is unprofessional, with rude and dismissive staff who are unresponsive to residents' needs and concerns.

Good things here
Overall the Society is very good. The roads around the society are very well maintained. Even during the heavy rainy season, water does not accumulate anywhere. Water supply is also on time and all the amenities are available and well�maintained.
Things need improvement
According to the society, since the club house is small, it should be a little bigger and if there is no temple in the society, then there should be a temple in the society, whether it is�small�or�big.

Love the gardens and how peaceful it is here. It helps you escape from the city rush when you are at home. The overall construction of the society is indeed very modern.

The lack of proper public transportation access makes commuting difficult for residents.
