The society experienced no issues with leakage or seepage, ensuring a dry and comfortable environment for residents. Public transport was readily accessible, enhancing convenience for commuting. Cleanliness standards were well-maintained throughout the premises, contributing to a tidy and pleasant living environment. Additionally, the lifts were in good condition, functioning reliably for residents' convenience. The flats themselves were spacious, providing ample living space for comfortable accommodation.
Things need improvement
In the society, there were limited celebrations of festivals, which reduced the cultural vibrancy for residents. Heavy traffic jams frequently occurred near the society, causing inconvenience and delays for commuters. Additionally, parking was restricted and often insufficient for both residents and visitors, posing challenges for those needing parking spaces.

Good things here
We didn't have any traffic problems at all. Thankfully, there weren't any issues with leakage or seepage in the flats either. The residents were really nice, and we had a great time celebrating festivals together. The society was kept really clean, and all the amenities were in top-notch condition. It was such a relief to have water available 24/7. Plus, there was plenty of greenery around, and the lifts were always well-maintained.
Things need improvement
In the society, tenants had to go through a lengthy procedure to use amenities. They had to get permission from the owner, followed by police verification. Autos weren't readily available near the society; you'd have to wait for 10-15 minutes. And there was a problem with waterlogging on the roads outside the society during the rainy season.

Good things here
I have recently shifted to this society and till now my experience has been great as public transport is easily available with options like buses, autos, and cabs. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking. The electricity and water supply are 24hrs present and amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available
Things need improvement
The thing which I don't like here is that there is a little seepage and a termite issue and the plaster and fittings are not up to the mark as this could have been better.

Good things here
Neighbors are decent and interactive. They celebrate festivals together. Society is well cleaned and maintained in the society. There is no leakage and seepage issue in the houses.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is not good, public transport is far from the society you need to walk some meters to get any vehicle. Amenitites were shutted down in the society .

Good things here
The society had abundant greenery. The lifts were well-maintained, and water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was consistently maintained. The residents were decent and celebrated festivals together. Public transport was easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
The roads near the society were not maintained at all, causing significant traffic issues. There was always a problem with leakage and seepage in the flat. Although the society had all modern amenities, none of them were operational.

It's an extremely well connected society with every kind of transportation available, top notch level of connectivity, The parking is a huge space, ample amount of ventilation and people are always seen at the clubhouses and playgrounds.
Things need improvement
Sometimes the maintenance takes time so it gets people agitated as the facilities are not being availed as per convenience. There are a lot, starting to develop seepage issues at times but it can be managed.

Living in this housing society is a delight, with almost every aspect rated highly. Connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, and amenities all receive top marks, contributing to an exceptional living experience. The connectivity is superb, with everything essential within walking distance, making commuting and daily tasks effortless. Maintenance and construction are impeccable, ensuring that the society is well-maintained and structurally sound. The amenities provided are extensive and cater to residents' needs, enhancing convenience and comfort. The social life, is vibrant, with regular events that foster community spirit and engagement. The interiors are well-designed, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living environment. Additionally, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) is effective in addressing residents' concerns and maintaining a high standard of living within the society.
Things need improvement
One notable drawback is that not everyone feels included in the events organized within the society. While the social life is active, some residents may feel excluded or not fully integrated into the community activities. This aspect could be improved to ensure that all residents have equal opportunities to participate and contribute to the community atmosphere. Overall, however, these minor issues do not overshadow the many positive attributes of the housing society, making it a highly desirable place to live.

I'm really happy with how easy it is to catch a ride whenever I need one, thanks to the auto-rickshaws and cabs always available. The roads are in great shape, which makes getting around hassle-free. Having designated parking spots is a big relief since I never have to worry about finding a place to park. It's clear that the maintenance team takes good care of the area, with timely painting and upkeep, making everything look nice. Plus, the reliable water and electricity supply make daily life comfortable and stress-free. Our community is well-maintained and orderly, thanks to the exceptional standards of maintenance. I feel safe in our buildings knowing that the elevators work well and there are no leakage issues. The natural light and ventilation in our homes make for a really pleasant living environment, which is great for our well-being. Even though we don't have fancy amenities, having CCTV cameras around for added security is reassuring. And the friendly vibe among neighbors makes it feel like a real community here.
Things need improvement
Not having modern amenities like a clubhouse, gym, or swimming pool does affect our quality of life. These facilities offer opportunities to stay active, socialize, and enjoy leisure activities. Without them, our options for recreation are pretty limited.

While the maintenance is generally good with a rating of four stars, there were initial seepage issues in some areas of the society, which required attention and caused inconvenience. Additionally, the closure of the clubhouse has been disappointing, as it limits access to recreational facilities and social gathering spaces for residents. The amenities provided are rated at three stars, indicating room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Overall, while there are some areas that could be addressed to enhance the living experience, the positives of living in this well-connected and socially active society outweigh these drawbacks.

The friendly atmosphere created by our neighbors, who have been here for a long time, adds to the sense of community.

However, I'm disappointed by the recurring water supply issues, which can be quite inconvenient at times. The overall maintenance of the society leaves much to be desired, and it's frustrating to see the lack of attention to various issues. Additionally, the absence of modern amenities is a drawback, as I believe they could enhance our quality of life.
