Good things here
I have access to autos and cabs readily available on the roads nearby, ensuring convenient transportation. The society maintains daily cleanliness effectively, and the walls are well-built. We have facilities like a gym and clubhouse within the society, which are quite convenient. Moreover, we celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
I am using well water (kuan ka paani) in our society. Unfortunately, we do not have a play area for kids, nor do we have a swimming pool inside the society.

Good things here
Schools, Hospitals are available nearby. Neighbours are cooperative and friendly. All the amenities are available.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not situated near the society. Residents have to travel by auto to reach the nearest metro station.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good, with the Noida Sector 32 metro station being very close. Construction quality is excellent with no seepage or leakage issues. Paintings are completed on time Facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and parks are available. Power backup facilities are provided, and hygiene is well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Plumbing and electrician services are included in the society maintenance charges.
Things need improvement
One of the major issue is the Waterlogging issues near the society, which can be noticed during heavy rainfall.

The number of security guards for the society is less and the society needs white wash because there is leakage issue in the society

People of the society is very nice. connectivity is very nice . all the facilities are here.

Seepage, problem is there . plaster are falling down from the wall. roads condition is very bad.

Good things here
The swimming pool is well-maintained, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. The kids' play area is also in good condition, providing a safe and enjoyable space. Additionally, the greenery in the society is well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment.
Things need improvement
Cabs are not reliably available, causing inconvenience for residents. The maintenance of the lift in the society is very poor. Furthermore, the roads are not clean and are filled with dust, adding to the discomfort.

Its one of the top society of indrapuram , all amenities are there like there are 3 swimming pool , 3 gym, play area are available in the society ,the connectivity is quit above average in the society like market area , everything is easily available across the road

The people of the society is average some are rude and some are sweet in the society

Good things here
The society has auto and e- rickshaws available nearby. People are friendly and cooperative. Festivals are celebratec together. Water supply is 24 hours and electricity is also available everytime. No issue of water logging. Security guards are avaiable 24 hours.
Things need improvement
The society does not have gym, swimming pool, lift, CCTV camera. Mreo is not available nearby. Issue of seepage and leakage. Painting is not done frequently. No nearby markets are available, residents have to travel long way for markets. The society is not clean.

Issue regarding roads. Seepage during monsoon. Internet connectivity issue in the area.
