Good things here
The area of this society is very good because of its amazing connectivity. This indicates that the individuals in authority are genuinely invested in ensuring that this place is exceptional for everyone. Moreover, transportation is convenient with the availability of buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, carefully planned to provide easy access to important locations like markets, services, and schools. Additionally, there's a spacious park that enhances the neighborhood's charm, providing children with ample opportunities for recreational activities. The people of the society are also good and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is really very good and the location is also the best as everything is easy to access like markets and hospitals everything is easily available.

The society benefits from good connectivity, with public transport options like auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs available within walking distance. Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards is consistently upheld, contributing to a well-maintained environment. Water supply within the society is reliable. The construction quality is commendable, as issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are not encountered. Lifts are available and maintained properly for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby metro station, and security measures need improvement. Additionally, amenities such as playgrounds, swimming pools, and parks are not available in this society.

Good things here
There are many ways to travel to a metro or train station, and taxis are easily accessible. Only cleaning and garbage collection remain to be done in terms of upkeep. Because of the exceptional building quality, the structure has plenty of natural light and good ventilation. Facilities like parks, gardens, clubs, and swimming pools enhance the quality of life. This neighborhood is unique due to its welcoming atmosphere and positive community relations.
Things need improvement
Every essential necessity of the renters is met by the neighborhood's amenities and facilities. There are no problems to resolve or enhancements to be made.

Good things here
The Garbage collection is done on time, society looks after it. There are staffs appointed for garbage collection. I have not encountered any power cut issues in the society. Lifts are available and maintained on time. There are gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society as amenities. Near to 200 festivals and events are celebrated in the society where all residents takes active participation. Enough parking space is also available, and I have never faced any issues regarding parking being a tenent.
Things need improvement
The lack of available public transportation around our society is indeed a concern, as it can impact our connectivity and convenience. In order to overcome this challenge, many residents, including myself, rely on our own vehicles or utilize online cab services for commuting purposes. Moreover, the distance to market areas from our society poses another challenge, as it requires us to resort to online grocery shopping for our daily needs. Experiencing leakage issues in my apartment can be quite frustrating, especially when it reflects on the overall construction quality of the building. It's disappointing to find that the construction standards may not be up to the mark, leading to such issues. Additionally, delays in resolving these issues by the society can exacerbate the situation, causing inconvenience and discomfort for residents. Overall people are not that friendly and cooperative towards each other.

The construction quality is fantastic here, with excellent plastering and fittings. The complex also has various shops like grocery stores, malls, markets, and even a hospital nearby. The metro station is conveniently close, and there's never any waterlogging issue. The roads are of great quality, and everyone has an allotted parking area. Garbage collection is always on time, and the lifts and CCTV work perfectly. The security guards take their responsibilities seriously. The society has all the amenities one could ask for, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden. All festivals, including Diwali and Holi, are celebrated with enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
There aren't any major issues in the society that need improvement. If there are any small issues, the maintenance team quickly resolves them. So, there's really no need for any improvements as such.

The construction quality in this society is very poor, with significant seepage and leakage issues that urgently need attention. The management team should prioritize improving construction standards.

Good things here
I found everything to be really good. The connectivity was perfect, with easy access to cabs, autos, and public transport. Maintenance was excellent, and everything was kept clean and in good condition. The construction quality was high, with no problems like seepage or cracks. The amenities included a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, and gym. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe as well.
Things need improvement
Even though the society was mostly perfect, there were a couple of small issues. There was no clubhouse, which would have been nice to have for social gatherings and events. Also, there was no guest parking available, which made it a bit inconvenient for visitors. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still very positive, with great connectivity, maintenance, construction, amenities, and a friendly neighbourhood.

Visitors have designated parking areas, and there's even a nearby grocery shop for added convenience.
Things need improvement
While there is a swimming pool available, it's noted that the water isn't changed on time. In terms of maintenance, the society lacks in-house plumbers, electricians, or carpenters, requiring external assistance when needed. Additionally, the ongoing construction of the metro indicates future transportation enhancements for residents once completed.

Good things here
Public transport like autos and buses was easily available just outside the society. Malls, markets, hospitals, and schools were all nearby. Parking was allotted for everyone. The maintenance was excellent for facilities like lifts, CCTV, and the security guards did their job very well. We had all modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gardens in the society, and their upkeep was also very good. Ventilation was proper, so there weren't any issues at that time. We celebrated all festivals like Holi and Diwali together.
Things need improvement
The metro station was about 10 km away from the society, but apart from that, everything about the society was really great. I liked the society a lot; everything was very nice.

Society has very excellent connectivity as it is connected with highway road.High security system and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.Good celebration of all the festivals in the apartment.Build quality is great ,no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.

All the modern amenities are present but the problem is its not maintained since years now so that can be improve.
