Good things here
I really appreciate the well-organized parking system in our society, especially with allocated spots for residents and visitors. The Apna Complex parking system ensures order and convenience. Additionally, the society's cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch, creating a pleasant living environment. The small size of the community fosters a close-knit atmosphere among educated and friendly neighbors. Celebrating festivals together adds to the sense of community, and having all necessary amenities within the society is incredibly convenient. Recent changes implemented by the new association, such as improved garbage disposal and elevator maintenance, demonstrate a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life. The emphasis on safety through measures like CCTV surveillance and strict visitor checks further contributes to peace of mind. Plus, the easy availability of Uber and auto services enhances connectivity.
Things need improvement
However, there are some areas that need improvement. The society's buildings require repainting, and there are minor cracks that need to be addressed for structural integrity. While there are channels for communication and issue resolution, the process could be more efficient. Overall, addressing these maintenance concerns would further enhance the living experience in our society.

Good things here
I've been the president for 7 years. There are 8 lifts, and they are well-maintained. Routine maintenance takes about 30 minutes. We have an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the lifts. In structural portion The society is rated 5, one of the strongest in Noida. The clubhouse and gym are excellent. The swimming pool in A-block is the best and well-maintained. We also have a garden and a play area with 8-10 swings for children aged 5-6 years and a tennis court for older children. The society comprises 300 flats. Events are well-organized. People here are like those in India; some are good, some are ill-mannered.
Things need improvement
There's an issue with the construction area, and we've been involved in a court case for 2 years. Registry was not getting processed. In finishing There have been some issues, as some individuals have caused trouble and have been jailed. Their properties have been seized. individually, about 10 people complain of maintenance issues not being addressed.

Public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible. Nearby market areas, schools, restaurants, and a metro station provide convenient access. Adequate parking is available. Hygiene is well-maintained, with no issues regarding water supply. The society offers well-maintained facilities including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. Residents are friendly and cooperative, with functional CCTV and a reliable security system supported by security guards ensuring safety.
Things need improvement
The society often feels overcrowded, causing inconvenience. Despite numerous complaints to the RWA, stray dogs remain a persistent issue, posing risks after incidents of biting elderly people and infants. Additionally, the presence of pigeons contributes to the untidy environment. Waterlogging occurs during heavy rains, highlighting drainage issues. Many flats also suffer from seepage problems, reflecting subpar construction quality.

In addition to the amenities mentioned earlier, the society also boasts a well-equipped gym, although there is room for improvement in maintaining the gym equipment. Despite this, having access to such facilities within the community is a definite plus. However, the presence of a swimming pool, while enjoyable, has led to an increase in mosquito activity. Perhaps introducing measures to address this issue would greatly enhance the overall living experience. Also, considering extending the usability of the swimming pool by adding features like a fountain for other seasons could not only mitigate mosquito concerns but also add to the aesthetic appeal of the society.

Moreover, while the society offers extensive amenities, the maintenance costs seem to be on the higher side. This could potentially burden residents financially. It would be beneficial for the management to review and possibly optimize maintenance expenses to ensure affordability for all residents.

Good things here
Transports are easily available, metro se travel karna asaan h kynki metro pass h, security guard is 24/7 available, CCTV and lifts mentainance is done timely, hygiene is taken care, markets are nearer, gym, clubhouse h society h, kabhi kuch renovation hota rehta h, yha ke log bhi acche h.

Gym, Clubhouse h but hum log use nhi krte h hmari age hogyi h, bakhi sab to society m accha hi h.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house,park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Basement parking is available.
Things need improvement
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Roads are not maintained properly. Parking issues are faced a lot. Unity of the society needs to be improved.

I currently not residing in Eden park, left that society 5 years back. Location bohot accha tha society ka, surroundings bohot accha tha. Society ke neeche general store tha, even doctors bhi the neeche. ATM bhi tha society market mein. Metro station bhi tha paas mein. Schools bhi available the paas mein. Apartment bhi accha tha. Badi and spacious hai society. Cleanliness on point rehta tha. Paani aur light ka bhi koi issue nahi rehta tha. Kaafi spacious balcony thi flat mein. Ventillation bohot ache se hota tha. Park area tha. Garden tha baccho ke liye. Neighbours bohot acche the, even aaj bhi mere touch mein kuch log.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool ka area bohot chota tha and bohot crowded rehta tha. Functional aur acche se rehna chahiye. Kuch jagaho mein building mein maintenance & repair ki zarurat thi. Welding mein toot phoot jata tha toh woh theek nahi hota tha woh kaafi time tak. Clubhouse nahi tha society mein. Us time gym bhi nahi tha.
