Good things here
Pet-friendly, with facilities like dog parks and designated areas for pets. The Pollution level is lower compared to the city center. Traffic is also manageable. Essential shops and daily need stores are located within the society
Things need improvement
The proposed metro station is taking forever. If you are working near Rajiv chawk, personal vehicle would be required. The construction has starting showing sign of aging. Kitchen, bathroom seepage is quite visible.

Good things here
The proximity to shops, malls, schools, and hospitals. Residents don't have to travel far for their essentials, medical needs, or shopping, which is especially beneficial for families with children and elderly members
Things need improvement
If you catch metro and railway you have to go about 6-7 km away from the society.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent with well-connected roads, and schools, shopping complexes, and medical facilities are all nearby. This society has all the necessary amenities.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is subpar, and there's no power backup. The water supply also tends to have issues from time to time.

It's a wide open area with plenty of room for cycling, exploring, entertaining children, etc. This region has extremely little pollution. There are now numerous stores, malls, schools, and hospitals close by. The flats' construction quality is adequate. Flats have a pretty excellent layout. You have a variety of choices, including high-rise and low-rise apartments, plots, floors, villas, etc. Also extremely great is the apartment design.

Although there is no area for sports or a court designed for a specific game, the toll is located right next to the establishment and there are no exceptions for residents of Vatika; you must pay that. Additionally, people have opened businesses in residential properties, and management is occasionally a little slack about doing their jobs, but overall it's a pretty awesome place to live. The water supply is good.

Since it is a township, all the necessary amenities are close by. Everything you need is in the township, including movie theatres, shopping centres, medical facilities, and schools. Roads are thoughtfully designed and built. For kids and seniors alike, there are plenty parks and groups.

There is ample space for parking your automobile on the plots in Vatika Sector 82. There are numerous parks with a good environment where your kids may play, and there is also a dog park where you can take your dog to play. There are few disturbances and a generally tranquil society.

Quite a safe neighbourhood for families to live in, and a great location close to highways, proposed metro station, and commercial centres. Live contentedly there and take advantage of the nearby, excellent schools. Doctors' offices and hospitals are also close by. Excellent place to stay. You can use the open gym, and you can also take advantage of the fresh air. Be content.
