Good things here
It a good society on main road so no transportation issues and a well maintained building with best views of mountains from every room.
Things need improvement
it could have had a swimming pool as amenity and a wide entrance gate so coming in and out wont be a problem.

Some internal street lights are standing around the premises of this amazing housing complex called Advance Heights to lighten up the complex at night which is an extra advantage for the residents.
