Good things here
Schools hospitals are located near by the society,overall the connectivity is good.all the festivals are being celebrated,good socialism.society is neat clean and hygenic environment.

Construction quality of society is not that great,some of the aprtments faces leakage and seepage issues.

The society is very clean always society is cleaned daily by workers no garbage at all and people also keep society very clean

Good things here
Yet this society is very old construction but as such there are no issues regarding anything and managing commitee is attentive to resolve issues if occures. High security has been provided and all the areas are under cctv survilance. People over here are very much coperative and helpful. there are good schools and hospitals around the society. Cleaniness is good and time to time mopping and all is done in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction work is going on besides the society for mulund and goregaon flyover due to that road are under developed and during peak hours traffic issues are also there around the society. There are no amenities available in the society except parking area and lift.

Good things here
There are auto rickshaws nearby, and Ola and Uber come right to the society. Plus, Oberoi Mall is just a stone's throw away. The road outside is wide and well-maintained, and parking is properly allocated for everyone. Garbage collection is done daily, with segregation of wet and dry waste. Maintenance charges are reasonable at Rs. 8000 for 2BHK and Rs. 10000 for 3BHK per month. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and flats are ventilated, with sunlight reaching all rooms and balconies. Each flat also has a spacious dry area. There are 15 floors of parking, both open and covered, including the basement. The residents here are very friendly; we celebrate all festivals together like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Holi, and Navratri. And lastly, the society is earthquake-proof.
Things need improvement
During office hours, the roads can get quite crowded due to IT employees. The narrow space between flats means that if renovation work is happening in an adjacent flat, dust tends to spread to ours. Additionally, ongoing construction in the surrounding areas contributes to pollution. Despite the clubhouse being constructed, it has not yet opened for operation in the society.

Good things here
The maintenance facilities of the apartment are excellent; all amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids' park are in operational condition. Connectivity is great with local transport readily available. Festivals are celebrated, fostering a strong sense of community. Additionally, allocated parking is provided for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction of the apartment has aged, leading to some units facing leakage and seepage issues. Unfortunately, guest parking has not been provided, which could be inconvenient for visitors.

Connectivity is really great like local transport easily available.all the amenities has been provided.society is very neat,clean and hygenic.

Allocated guest parking was not provided though there was open space for the guest.some time there were seepage issues in the unit.

Good things here
The society has done a fantastic job maintaining its amenities – everything is in good working condition. The environment is neat and clean, and there's a high-security system for the residents.
Things need improvement
Tenants have to cough up extra to use amenities. Unfortunately, the build quality is subpar, leading to leakage and seepage issues inside the apartment.

There are cabs ,auto ,raiway station at walking distance . residence of the apartment are very polite and well behaved
Things need improvement
There were cracks on the outer and inner wall, there were seepage issues as well so the build quality is not that great.and amenities like swimming pool club house were not fuctional at that time.

According to my exeperience in that society was top notch ,good connectivity with local transportation and essentials.build quality was great of the society.

Issue resolution process can be improve,managing commitee should be attentive.society should enhance maintaining facility.everything in the society is perfect.

Good things here
Overall society is good. Power back up & water supply is adequate. Connectivity is good, auto-other public transport, markets all are easily accessible near the society. No seepage/leakage issues faced by us. Basic amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse is everything here in the society.
Things need improvement
We are not having any problem/issues in the society, everything is working fine for us. No issues to highlight
