Good things here
The society impresses with its solid construction quality, ensuring durable and well-crafted homes. People here are exceptionally friendly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and build connections.
Things need improvement
Staying in Ghaziabad was a concern for me, as it didn't meet my expectations. The maintenance of the society and the range of amenities offered were average, leaving room for improvement to enhance the overall living experience.

Good things here
Connectivity is great with the highway connected with the society as its easy to get autos and cabs . No issue of leakage, seepage as such . Good parking and security facilities . Amenities like gym and swimming pool were there . Good water and electricity supply.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool was not accessible to the bachelors and gym was outside the society , it was a private gym. People were not that engaging and socialization was less.

The constructions are built with solid materials, ensuring they are free from any cracks or leakage issues thereby emphasizing the society's commitment to attention to detail and quality. The functioning CCTV cameras and elevators contribute to the overall smooth operation of the community, ensuring safety and convenience for all residents.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was the best it was easily available. There were no improvements needed everything was good and well-maintained. Maintenance was properly managed. People were also good.

Good things here
Nearby amenities such as local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants make daily life hassle-free. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are commendable, with timely garbage collection and 24/7 availability of drinking water ensuring a comfortable living environment. I'm grateful for the reliable water supply and the absence of electricity issues. The security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV surveillance providing peace of mind. Furthermore, the availability of various facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and play areas for kids adds to the overall quality of life. Having a lift accessible within the society premises is also incredibly convenient. Above all, the friendly and cooperative nature of the people in the society fosters a sense of community and belonging, making it a wonderful place to call home.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, I've noticed a leakage issue on the top floor of our building. It's a concern that needs to be addressed promptly to prevent any further damage.

Electricity issues, such as frequent power cuts, are a common occurrence in the society. Unfortunately, there is limited power backup available, which only covers common areas and not individual residences.

Maintenance is exemplary, with regular cleaning, efficient garbage collection, reliable lift service, timely water tank cleaning, and prompt issue resolution. The construction is robust, free from seepage, leakage, or cracks, and offers ample ventilation and sunlight. The amenities are extensive, including a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is characterized by friendly interactions among residents with no noise disturbances.
Things need improvement
Although the society is impeccably maintained, the high fees could be a concern for some residents. Additionally, the pristine condition of everything may limit opportunities for upgrades or changes.

Good things here
Connectivity here is very good with proper parking spaces available and autos, cabs and rickshaws easily accessible. Neighbourhood here is very good and we celebrate many festivals together. Construction quality of the building is very good with Good designs of the flat, proper ventilation, no issues of cracks and seepage. Water supply is also good here with water coming 24/7. Maintenance facilities are also okay with proper lift facilities, garbage collection facilities and cleanliness. There all the amenities available such as gyms, swimming pools and club houses, It's a very good society to live in .
Things need improvement
This is the best society i have ever lived in, I don't face any issues here, each and everything is well maintained here, even if we do face any issue; issue resolution is done timely.

Good things here
The society was connected to the highway, and autos and buses were easily available. The residents were good, and festivals were celebrated. There were never any issues with water or power cuts. The society had backup for the entire building. There was enough parking for both residents and visitors. There was sufficient greenery. The maintenance charges were normal compared to other societies.
Things need improvement
The society was old, which led to issues with leakage and seepage. Pest control was needed regularly due to a high number of insects in the flat. Many owners had rented out their flats, so the flats were not well-maintained because the owners rarely visited to check their condition. The metro station was 2. 5 km away, requiring an auto ride to reach it.

The society is very well connected. I easily get autos, cabs, metro, trains, buses, and the roads have no traffic problems. Maintenance is great, with regular cleaning, garbage collection, working lifts, clean water tanks, and quick fixes for any issues. The construction is strong with no seepage, leaks, or cracks. The flats have good ventilation and lots of sunlight. The amenities are wonderful, with a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, and people get along well. We celebrate various festivals together

There is no negatives in this society. Every facility is available here, everything is well connected. People here are v good. Overall it's a nice society.

Good things here
The construction quality is top-notch, no issues with seepage or termites. There's a lovely garden, park, gym, and clubhouse, all well-maintained. The connectivity is great, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and a market nearby. The neighbors are really friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators work well and are well-maintained, plus there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation is a big plus
Things need improvement
The drainage system is a bit of a hassle, with waterlogging issues. There's no swimming pool, and ventilation could be better. It also takes almost 48 hours for complaints to be addressed, which can be frustrating.
