I don't understand what the hype is about. Sure, the market is conveniently located, but that's about it. The basement parking is always overcrowded, and good luck finding a spot without spending half an hour circling around. read more

Living here is convenient because everything you need, like public transport, schools, hospitals, and markets, is nearby. The clean surroundings and good amenities make it a nice place to live. read more

The underground parking area may have lots of space, but it's also a hot spot for car crashes. I've noticed more minor accidents happen here than anywhere else, and the dim lighting makes it even riskier. read more

Gym, pool, courts � sounds great on paper, but in reality, they're all overcrowded and poorly maintained. The equipment in the gym is outdated, the pool is constantly dirty, and the courts are always booked solid. Not exactly the ideal amenities for a relaxing weekend. read more
