I do know that there were issues with the lifts, which could be quite inconvenient, especially for residents on higher floors. And as far as security goes, it sounds like it was adequate during his time there.

The drinking water in our society came from a borewell, which means it was hard water. To deal with this, all residents installed their own RO water purifiers in their flats.

Having a recreational amenity like that would be great for leisure and relaxation right here on the property. And regarding the lift issues, they're concerning for sure. When the lifts aren't functioning properly, it's not just inconvenient but also poses safety risks.
