Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book through apps like Ola and Uber; autos are particularly easy to find. Public transportation like buses is available within 100 meters from the society, making it very accessible. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, vegetable markets, and small clinics are available within 200 meters from the site, which is very convenient. The building was recently maintained a few years back. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 1300 rupees, that we are paying. People are very friendly and respectable in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not good in the society; the water facility is notably poor, with water coming into the tanks being muddy. Some people are not paying maintenance charges, causing issues in the apartment. Garbage collection is also inadequate, and the roads are very dusty inside the society. Cleaning is very poor both inside and outside the society. Construction in the society is incomplete, with lifts not yet installed despite promises from the builder. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are still under construction, which is disappointing. The clubhouse has not been painted yet. Security is present, but there are still complaints about its effectiveness. There are many problems in the parking area, with cars being broken into and lights being broken. Hospitals are located 7-8 kilometers away from the society, which is very inconvenient in case of emergencies.

Celebrating various festivals together can really strengthen bonds among neighbors and create a sense of unity and belonging. Having essential amenities within close proximity, like bus stops, supermarkets, and medical shops, makes daily life much more convenient. Good road quality and power backup ensure a smooth and comfortable living experience, while ample parking space alleviates any concerns about vehicle storage. Proper painting and construction standards reflect a commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment, and well-ventilated rooms contribute to overall comfort. Amenities such as a gym, table tennis, kids play area, community hall, and garden offer opportunities for recreation and socializing within the community.
Things need improvement
Despite the community's overall positives, occasional water cuts and inconsistent lift functionality pose challenges. Addressing these issues could enhance residents' quality of life significantly.

Public transportation, such as buses, is available within a short distance from the society. Autos can also be found within walking distance from the main road. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the apartments. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7. Power backups are reliable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily. Hospitals are within 1 km from the society. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are available within walking distance. The greenery in the society is good. There is a kids' play area within the society.
Things need improvement
In the early morning, cabs are not available in the society, which is inconvenient. Amenities like the swimming pool and gym are also not available in the society.

Good things here
Environment near society is pretty safe. Grocery shops are available near the society. People are good. Transportation is easily available.

Maintenance of drainage is inadequate. Water facility is not proper. Power cuts leads to many issues.

Good things here
The positive aspect of this society is the celebration of all the national festivals such as Holi and religious festivals, along with frequent get-togethers, which are excellent. The connectivity of the society is also good, as there are schools and hospitals located just 2km from the society. Overall maintenance is excellent due to good garbage collection and regular cleanliness in society. Amenities like a gym, play area, and a clubhouse for functions and events are also available.
Things need improvement
One major issue in our society is the poor interaction between landlords and tenants. When someone moves into a new apartment, tenants often lack crucial information about the property and its surroundings.

The people in the surroundings are friendly and celebrate festivals like Dusshera, Diwali, and Holi together. Everything is easily accessible, with buses and shops nearby. The security is robust, with security guards and CCTV installed, and there are no regular water or power cuts in this society.

The cleanliness in the surroundings of the society and common areas is not maintained well. Overall maintenance lacks, and amenities such as a swimming pool, table tennis, and children's play area are not available.

The society features nearby grocery stores, fruit shops, medical facilities, and an ATM within a 500-meter radius. Its solid construction quality ensures there are no cracks or leakage issues. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with regular garbage collection and uninterrupted water supply for all residents. Amenities such as a gym, play area, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained.

The major problem in this society is security; there are no proper security guards at the entrance. Additionally, there is no swimming pool within the community.
