Good things here
A lot of people like this society because of its great connectivity and large parking lot. Plus, the nice parks and green layout make it even more attractive.
Things need improvement
Safety is always a worry here due to frequent security problems. Basic amenities like water and electricity are unreliable and frequently cut off.

Good things here
The apartments are designed with every detail for a family in mind. There's enough space in the kitchen, bedrooms have attached bathrooms, and there are balconies too.
Things need improvement
We're missing essential amenities here, and the environment isn't clean or peaceful at all.

You can quickly get rental agreements here, and there are plenty of apartments available for rent with flexible security deposits.

The connectivity inside the flats does not get affected by the floor number or anything so you can choose a floor as high as you want.

Good things here
Ready to move apartment very near to shortly functioning Jewar Airport in December 2024. Well communicated with Yamuna Expressway and very good community with all amenities available for peaceful leaving. As an investment oppurtunity it is right time to take chance of price appriciation.

Nothing as such but an impressive outlook give you a pleasant moments of life. Just ready to move in apartment. In a few months it will be most attractive place on earth.
